Are pre nups useful In India ? October 2015 Scene

1. there is NO judicial precedent supporting pre nups in India .

2. What if woman files DV, files 498a on husband and family, leaves matrimonial home and files CrPC 125 etc in spite of a pre nup saying something else ? How can a a civil contract or an agreement between husband and wife, stop a woman from filing criminal cases … ? AFAIK, she can still file criminal cases and drag the husband to court, pre nup or NO pre nup. These criminal cases will go on for yearsand husband and co will have to run around to save themselves

3. because of the criminalisation of matrimonial proceedings, (example 498a, Dv cases, CrPC 125 cases, fake Rape on father in law, bro in law, fake 354 on Father in law, bro in Law etc etc), combined with the delay and backlog in Indian courts, and the level of honestly in the system, I do NOT think pre nups (civil law contracts) are useful in India

QUESTION: If you have to get a pre-nup, should you be marrying that person if you are already planning for the divorce? MY THOUGHTS: To me, marriage is a spiritual thing where two people stand before God and become one. It is not suppose to be a legal contract as if two people were going into a business together. If you already have doubts about someone then you probably should not be marrying them or at least wait a little longer until you can fully trust and get to know them. As humans, we are self for fulling prophecies. If you are planning for a divorce and playing the "what if" card, more then likely it will happen. Hey, what do I know? These are just my thoughts. You may have a different opinion.

This is the most daring and sexiest pre-nup video I have seen.

Shalani and Roman Pre-Nup Video

I loved how hippie and creative the video is. So New Girl-ish. And how it told their love story.

Oyo and Kristine Sotto Pre-Nup and Wedding AVP

What a pretty bride. Classic beauty. Can I really just say that she is the most beautiful girl in showbiz? And I loved their theme. Nice clothes on Kristine btw!❤ 

So cute they wore white Converse shoes to in their wedding instead of leather shoes and heels. The Newlyweds on Board sign. The Capiz shells as decorations. And how Oyo dipped Kristine when he was told to kiss the bride. And how they danced so happily after. Ugggh, cute! And getting married while the sunsets. So romantic. And the best of the Sottos before their name was connoted with the word PLAGIARISM and CYBERCRIME. Hahaha. NO PUN INTENDED!:)

This guy is the most successful ever! Even for me, if I was Audrey(the girl in the video) I would love to marry Tim(the guy)! Isn't this proposal the cutest ever? With the sweetest song as the music. Coy and Izel Placido Wedding and Videos

This video tops my list because this video made me love watching wedding videos and proposals. I think this is the first wedding video I watched online and so the rest is history. I love the video because the exchange of vows is so comedic. It is so funny. So realistic. Not the typical fairytale like wedding. Yung may maiingay na friends sa background, naiyak na family and friends, halakhakan, bride and groom first dance, and not your typical black and white themed wedding. My type of wedding.
