Wow! I Didn’t Know A Prebuilt House Could Do This. My factory built house started getting raised on site at the beginning of January and the New England weather didn’t want to cooperate … which got me a little worried about water soaking the insulation inside the wall panels. To say I was a bit concerned about how this would play out with my pre built house would be pretty accurate, but it was a very cool learning and seeing how it comes together. So how did it go assembling a factory built home in the freezing rain and snow? And was the team able to achieve passive house level air tightness? That was the thing I was holding my breath on.

Cassandra is trying hard to put up with her family for the little bit of time left she plans to stick it out with them. So after dragging her feet through working on her extra credit project with Father Mortimer, Mother Bella with a baby has a dance competition with her.

Why I Went With Geothermal For My Net Zero Home. In a recent heat pump video I covered how air source heat pumps are getting so much better in the cold, but in my new house I decided not to go with one. Instead I went with the more expensive option: a geothermal heat pump. Why did I decide it was a better option to drill into the earth 400 hundred feet at more cost for my new home? I’ll run through that, but there’s also a few other things I kind of went a little nuts on in my house that are worth touching on too, like smart electric panels, a crazy home network, and more. Let’s get into the current state of my net zero energy home.

One party after another. First incognito costume party , than a double birthday party for Alexander and Cassandra. 

After the party Cassandra slept off the party and than moved to San Myshuno to get away from the party like she had always planned to as soon as she graduated.

A few more Bella Goth parties with a few more frustrating glitches that make it impossible for me to complete anything because activities are not registering...

But the fun story is that they are throwing some really wild parties that are gold quality if not actually giving gold because of errors. xD

The new baby is finally on its way. and... and....

Meet Chelsie Goth!

and since I forgot to include what succession Laws i’m going with for my play through of the challenge:

Matriarchy - because of Bella, female first, but if there are no females than males are fine.

Traditional - I feel like the Goth’s would want to pass on Their bloodline, though they would not be opposed to having adopted children the adopted children would be second in line. 

Merit - Working hard is super important, so the child with the most completed aspirations is the one that inherits.

Tolerant on species -aliens and vampires are cool as long as they’re bloodline related.

This means that at this current point in time since Cassandra is going to move out, Chelsie is the heir to the Goth legacy. How little she knows. :O

Sum it up:

Female birth (alien or human)  child from mother > male (alien or human) birth child from mother >female adopted > male adopted >female alien born from father >male alien born from father.

Alexander is working hard on his grades still because he wants to get that A and show how smart he is. After cooking a dinner that Cassandra of course decides to eat on her own Mortimer helps both his children finish their homework. Cassandra hangs out downstairs first so that she can write in her journal with no one watching. She’s feeling even more distant and sick of her family than she was before. 

The next day Bella decides to throw a huge party which of course Cassandra is left cleaning up after while Alexander genius boy goes off and experiments.

Panic in the house! Panic in the house!! While Mortimer is reading a story to Alexander to make him feel less rebellious. (Eh, it’s just a stage, he’ll get over it.) A fire lights in the kitchen while Bella was cooking. She runs and grabs Alexander and gets out of the house and Cassandra jumps into action and grabs a fire extinguisher and puts everything out. Backing up her decision of wanting to leave this terrible gloomy household.
