why yes i AM totally normal about this genre that i just so happen to hyperanalyze regularly about its major themes of gender, empowerment, and exploitation... how could you tell?
(btw trans flag + ??????? means that the story never says the main characters are transfem, however their arcs really resonate with trans experiences and I refuse to call them cis) (magical gender genre is all about gender fuckery anyway, nothing can be neatly classified as anything but I love sorting things in boxes so I made this anyway)
