Did you have cravings when you were pregnant?

oh no, quite the opposite. I had so. many. food aversions. It was truly awful. I couldn’t even be in the same room as someone if they were eating. well, unless they were eating moonberries. that was the only safe thing. 

I mean, sure, it was annoying to feel absolutely nauseous any time I tried to eat, but the worst part of it all was the extra fussing. Me, not having an appetite on a normal day? totally fine. Me, not having an appetite now that I was going to have a baby? all of a sudden I had three overly concerned people hovering constantly. 

I can’t count the number of times I threatened to move out of the treehouse if they didn’t stop watching me during mealtimes or trying to convince me to eat this or that food. I swear half the times I felt nauseous could be blamed on Runaan. 

and let me just say, reaching for a knife with a mischievous look at the person who won’t stop fussing over you and your perfectly capable self can work wonders.
