#TransformationTuesday with my boy @jasonsealock's 15-pound weight loss in just 28 days following my #PreHolidayShred program! Please join me in congratulating Jason on a job well done by posting a comment below. He's now getting after it even more in his ultimate goal to get down to 220lbs. If you're looking to be one of the elite individuals like Jason who shreds fat during the holiday season, start the PreHolidayShred.com (direct link in my bio) today! ----------- I have been on a roller coaster since 2015 with my fitness. I got very sick in late 2014, infections in my intestines, and ridiculously overweight and in general poor health. Found out after several months that food was not digesting and causing infections and that I quit producing the enzyme lactase. I developed a real fear of food anything that might cause me to go to the hospital again. I got started in the spring of 2015 on a paleo diet and working out. I hit it real haphazardly but lost a lot of weight because I was 320, and at that weight, it goes fast in the beginning just by cleaning up your diet and getting more active. Well by November I had lost 80 pounds. Top of the world. In 2016, I got it in my head I needed to lift heavy, pack on mass, go to a macro diet, flexible eating, etc. Long story short, I gained a bunch of weight back, fat and the injuries piled up at 44 years old. I tore my left pec, tore the meniscus in my right knee, had tendonitis in both forearms so bad I couldn't pick up a carton of milk. And while they were scanning my pec, the found cysts covering my left kidney. I ended up gaining back 30 pounds. I couldn't workout much at all. And honestly, I was in the early stages of depression. I stumbled onto BJ's workouts at Men's Health. Got into the Metashred, but my diet was still a mess. My focus is about mobility, weight loss and overall health but more about how I look and feel now thanks to TDBJ. The #PreHolidayShred was the kickstart to get my diet right. It held me accountable just posting and tagging BJ daily on stuff. Protein and Produce is so simple and I feel stupid I've made eating so complicated over the last year...
