My morning
The lady at the prep station, lets call her Ms. Barbra, is praising the lord a lil too aggressively for my liking. Why you speaking in tongues to the tomatoes 🤔🤔??
The other station is "prep." The main task of this station is preparing the animals for surgery and monitoring anesthesia. Other tasks include opening packs and assisting the veterinarian in surgery as needed. This station is a lot less hectic than book. I always tell new assistants that prep should be boring; if it's not, most likely something very, very bad is happening.
This is the veterinarian's dog anesthetized for a minor growth removal.
