Batman could easily beat Jesus with prep time
So I just came up with the idea to take two people whose greatest strengths are prep time and see who would win.
Kevin McAllister from home alone or Batman?
The rules are both will each have 4 days of prep time after which Batman must try to break into Kevin's house to steal a briefcase containing documents that reveal his true identity while Kevin has to keep Batman out of the house or at least keep him from stealing the documents for 24 hours,
Neither side can use allies they both have to do it alone and they can't talk things out.

This is why Batman 'wins' so many matchups, because *how* he wins is usually fun to write and read.
'I pumch it harrdz' is a snoozefest.

That is very true, which also leads into a problem
The problem isn’t prep time.
The problem is the writers and fans that only see Batman as the guy that is all about prep time.
It’s not all he is, he struggles, he wants to help more than hurt. He wants to strike fear into criminals to STOP crime, not because he wants to scare.
That’s Batman. He is a man that wants to create a world where a kid doesn’t lose his parents to a badguy with a gun.
How many days of prep time would you need to stop 9/11?
People keep glazing Batman with prep time, saying he’d beat Goku. But not enough people do Deadpool.
“Oh, Deadpool couldn’t beat Thanos” DEADPOOL KILLED THANOS. TWICE. AND STOLE HIS GIRLFRIEND.
“Oh, but Deadpool needs prep time” DEADPOOL IS THE PREP TIME, DUDE GETS KILLED AND COMES BACK A FEW HOURS LATER

the word/phrase 'prep time' has been utterly ruined for me someone said it completely innocently in a normal context and i like had to stifle a giggle
