Pressing Sumo 4.2 | Breath Retention + Band Resistance
Pressing Sumo 4.2 introduces external band resistance to increase shoulder stability, scapular control, and total-body strength while maintaining the signature HYPOXiX movement pattern.
This level uses 3 HYPOXiX Breath Cycles with a 2-beat breath retention, teaching your body to generate strength under controlled breathing. As you descend, retract the shoulder blades and lift the arches. As you rise, protract the shoulders, spread the toes, and maintain continuous ground resistance by pulling the feet toward one another.
Build stronger shoulders, a more resilient core, better posture, and efficient movement—all through breath-driven resistance training.
