No. 55 Pretty Happy Haploblepharus pictus
Found in kelp forests and rocky shores off Namibia and South Africa.
Also known as the dark shyshark, renamed as the pretty happy in order to avoid confusion with several similarly named species.
The shysharks are so called due to their habit up curling up and covering their faces with their tails when threatened.
Blessing y'all with 2 of me today😘🤣
My new zine is available in my shop now:

Custom Gwen funko pop update!
I’ve finished her face! Her skins the wrong colour (it’s too cool, Angel has a much warmer tone) but I’m really happy otherwise (even her eyebrows are ok, which is a win)
I’ve also pretty much finished her pink dress but it’s a little messy bc I am NOT an artist and my painting skills are elementary at best. I still think the detail are cute though! Definitely fine since she’ll just be sitting on a bookshelf. I will say though I didn’t thin the pink paint enough so it went on lumpy but oh well too late now lmao
All that’s left now is to seal it with a matte spray I’ve got and connect the head and body! I will be posting pics when I do that!!
Definitely not an early bird this time :D
... but yay, new content. *-*
DOCTOR PUNKIN
PAGING DOCTOR PUMKIN
Been expanding the distance on Thyme’s whistle stop and release
He’s developing a preference to face me on a stop over face the target. There is no strict rule in the spaniel gundog guide as both have their pros and cons. Facing me brings the benefit when it comes to directionals but can make it harder to remember where the retrieve is. I will go with what is strongest for him.
I find it interesting to read though, retrievers are required to look to handler and not to the retrieve. And for retrievers it is preferred the stop is sit or stand but not a drop. Spaniels can be either. I do not know why it’s okay for the spaniels do have a stop drop but not the retrievers? Maybe I can ask soon, as I have been invited to the monthly gun dog hunting training 🥰
