What a damn night. I won’t bore you with the specifics. I’m just happy I’m done cooking.
Left: Vegetable curry (chickpeas, green peas, onions, garlic, broccoli, butternut squash, coconut milk, and a ton of spices) and jasmine rice.
Right: Chicken apple sausage sautéed w/ onions and roasted broccoli and butternut squash.
