⠀⠀⠀(( Continued ask for @prettydollsparlor )) ⠀⠀⠀The body was identified successfully. Antonio Del Rio. Batman's arms crossed over his chest as Alfred read the file to him - documenting the strange deformed twin he had growing from his abdomen. The Bat noted the abnormalities, before looking up above the corpse. ⠀⠀⠀"Wrong..." He quietly mused, "Alfred. I'm wondering if the victim's final state didn't match what the killer wanted. It seems as though the killer wasn't satisfied with the way this kill turned out... Or maybe with the way the victim died." ⠀⠀⠀"Bruising on the knuckles. He struggled. At least he didn't go without a fight..." Batman's thoughts rattled around his skull. "Maybe I could try to ID the killer through the dried blood..." ⠀⠀⠀The Bat reached into his belt, pulling out a single cotton swab. He reached up and dabbed the victim's knuckles, taking a sample of blood and gently placing it into a small container. A compartment opened up on his gauntlet, and upon placing the container inside, it closed up with a quiet whirring sound. ⠀⠀⠀"Alfred. I'm sending a blood sample. See if you can ID another person from it - I've taken it from Antonio Del Rio's knuckles. It looks as though he put up a fight... Maybe the killer's blood stained his knuckles." ⠀⠀⠀"Of course sir, just a moment..." A quiet pause whilst the Batcomputer analysed the sample. "...And, there. Hm. It appears as though the blood belongs to one Lazlo Valentin, sir." ⠀⠀⠀"Good work, Alfred. See if you can find a list of Valentin's properties. We'll start there." ⠀⠀⠀"Already on it, sir. It appears as though Mr Valentin owned a single business - sending you the address now. Do be careful, won't you, master Bruce?" ⠀⠀⠀"Thanks, Alfred." Turning on his heels, Batman used his grapnel gun to launch himself into Gotham's sky, making his way towards the building he hoped the deranged lunatic would be holed up in.
