I’m always annoyed by “edgy” takes on otherwise silly villains, so I decided to do the exact opposite! Here’s my silly-fied designs for some of Batman’s more sinister rogues 🩷

Professor Pyg: An aspiring children’s entertainer with a teacher persona. Pyg’s idea of perfection is focused on his doll-making as opposed to people. His puppets and dolls are like family: The children will just LOVE them! Don’t ask about the taxidermy.

Victor Zsasz: Instead of tally marks, Victor “saves” random tchotchkes like a rat or crow. At first just a common pick pocket, Victor’s kleptomania has led him to become a notorious thief, claiming that the people of Gotham don’t value or care for their things.

Black Mask: Without a legacy, Black Mask must create a new one: through performance art! His crimes tend to lean into the absurd and artistic, embracing the goofiness of a campy mobster. He’ll do just about anything to be remembered, nyah see?

Happy 10 years, Batman: Arkham Knight! A tribute to a game that has a special place in my heart and soul, and has been a place of comfort and joy for me, so out of respect- I went all out on this piece. 💚💚💚
