In case anyone’s curious about how I felt about today’s episode, it’s... sorta mixed?
I mean. I do think my mixed feelings have everything to do with not liking plots that involve bickering and fighting over simple stuff? Like Lucario and Cinderace did. And animation looked off. Not a bad episode per say, I just personally don't enjoy these kinds of plots much.
The Rocket's part of the ep and their plan was awesome thou, I liked them a lot in this ep! Apparently the Almost Pikachu had a broken voice chip or something, it kept saying Hikachu instead of Pikachu. lol But it was pretty easy for me to tell Rockets stole the robot Pikachu back instead of kidnapping the real Pikachu (because Pikachu was having trouble with its throat as well apparently LOL), so what Lucario and Aceburn ended up doing was... eh, pointless.
It didn’t even seem to actually progress their dynamic anywhere, the start and end point of their dynamic was exactly the same? And I personally don’t like dynamics that involve constant bickering and that’s pretty much what was going on today. Oh well. This ep just wasn’t for me.
