every time i say i’m not gonna have three characters and yet, here i am, with my third character intro. 

ANYWAY I’M SUPER EXCITED FOR HER 

nadia grew up in a very carefree and accepting environment that wasn’t structured like many home atmospheres. her parents were attentive, caring to the point where their home was opened up as a foster family (eventually including orion, heyo). growing up in a large family wasn’t a bother to nadia, for she kind of enjoyed the chaos of everyone, and always having someone to conspire with. 

nadia had done gymnastics ever since a very young age, even if she didn’t exactly fit in with all the other little girls. despite this, she stuck with the sport and conquered quite impressive feats (despite ignoring whispers behind cupped hands about her biology and advantages) 

when it came to performing and competing was when nadia felt most comfortable. there was only one thing she needed to worry about then, and that was performing the move correctly. all focus was on one thing, and that was..relieving in the moment. 

when she was younger, nadia dealt with a lot of general anxiety about what people thought of her, the constant opinions of others weighing heavily on her shoulders after each interaction she participated in. as she’s grown older, she’s been teaching herself how to be more...unapologetically herself bc, really, what does she have to apologize for? she can still struggle with it sometimes, but she’s getting better at talking about her random interests without worrying if every word was the wrong thing to say.

most of her time is spent at the gym (as her career takes more muscle than believed), at the studio practicing, or at work performing, so she doesn’t have too much free time. her job as a flamethrower takes a lot of commitment, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. 

most of nadia’s high school career was dedicated to gymnastics, and after graduating, she worked as a coach for younger girls while getting her associate’s degree at the local college. it was after that someone at the gym had mentioned to her openings at the bronco billy’s circus, knowing her background and abilities. she joined, initially as a regular background performer, aiding in clown acts and performing little tricks, before gaining abilities in fire performance. 

now, she is one of the head fire performers at the circus. there may be rumors she’s a pyromaniac, but they aren’t true. nadia doesn’t suggest any kind of fire experimentation, as it’s only for professionals. since she knows the craft so well, she’s very comfortable around fire, almost in a lazy way, which makes people believe such rumors. she just has a habit of flicking lit matches around in her fingers. 

personality-wise, nadia is a pretty genuine person, just living her life. she isn’t a fan of confrontation and tries to avoid it whenever possible. she’s a pretty talkative person, willing to be open and chatty unless someone shows some out right criticism to her or her interests, then some of those old anxieties can start to kick in again. she’s pretty good at working through them, though. people don’t exactly expect her to have such a panicked side to her, considering her absolute confidence when it comes to performing. if anything, when she’s on stage is when she feels the most at ease. 

obvious from her career choice, nadia has some...weird interests, and they don’t end with playing with fire. growing up in a home that encouraged any kind of free thinking lead to all kinds of interesting attributes, not limited to a liking to reptiles and an interest in pulling apart owl pellets. 

she has a ball python that does NOT participate in shows despite pressure from her coworkers (he hates loud noises) and a small black cat (who isn’t allowed in the room where the snake’s tank is). 

i have a habit of adding to characters as i write them, so i’m sorry this is a pretty....elementary explanation of her, but more may be added soon.

and with the submission of my last exam i’m officially DONE with my spring semester! and that means.. valarie is bringing in a third character! welcome noah!

he was v immature at the time and they just had different goals for their relationship but theres not bad blood per say

from boston, originally and just moved to primm like... may 1st so legit brand new resident

got a phd in human movement and rehabilitation services from northeastern

got a job as a professor at UNLV, he teaches biology and has a passion for human anatomy and physiology but right now is stuck teaching 100′s and bio for non-majors

this is his first real job out of his phd program (like not as a ta or as a student professor)

he moved to primm after the death of his father, who was mostly absent his whole life, which prompted him to realize he wanted to be a better father to rhea

he’s still a bit of a frat boy if he’s completely honest but he’s really trying to be an adult now

anyway like i said my boy here is a clean slate so feel free to slide in with any ideas that might cross your mind!! im so excited lol

I will be honest, I did not expect to be accepted so soon and I have not slept at all ( it is almost 8am) and a quick scroll on the dash had Bad Boy Down stuck in my head now so I will try to make this as coherent as a sleep deprived old lady can.

You know that stereotype or a fiery, loud Jersey Italian girl? That’s Bella. She wore white eye liner in jr high and was the girl who was always labeled the slut in school even before she actually became one.

Her home life wasn’t bad but coming from a large family that was not exactly middle class (or any class at all) there were a lot of loud people crammed in a house together sharing a very small space. Coming from nothing and having to share everything (whatever little it was) made Bella needy, greedy and desperate to be spoiled. She wasn’t the youngest or the only  girl she she didn’t get the attention she hoped for and as she got older it only made her want those things even more.

Cue graduation and finally being rid or labels and drama for one whole entire summer until she started doing lots of jobs to get enough money to leave for Hollywood but ending up stripping which leave to more drama. 

To keep from dragging this out into a full biography she made enough money to get a shitty car and load it with her stuff and make it to Primm before running out of cash and eventually having to strip again to make money then just sticking around a year or two. Now, with her accent as thick as her ass she is looking to cash in on her youth and beauty while she still had it and find herself a sugar daddy to trap so she doesn’t have to toll away at her 9-5 (that’s 9pm to 5 am) because her like is just so hard and she shouldn’t have to work lol.

As for me, you may call me Kit if you like or Ms Jackson if you’re nasty and as you can tell by my dated and very bad jokes I am not only old but very tired. I will attempt to sleep for a few hours and then comeback to actually be useful but I am happy and excited to be here and hope to plot with you guys as much as possible.

born an only child, blaire cheong grew up in a very loving household. both her parents are wealthy and they handed her everything on a golden platter, for that reason blaire developed a really snobbish personality. she does so little but still gets what she wants.

she’s not just a shallow bitch though. her parents made sure she would make them proud and gave her tons of extra courses sometimes in spite of her exhaustion. she learned ballet, cooking, fencing etc at a young age… but her true interests lay in acting and writing.

blaire started her acting at the age of fifteen. she rose to fame pretty quick by the help of her parents though she does have carry serious chops with her. although dependent and snobbish, blaire can be quite ambitious when she’s on business especially acting. she gets competitive and wants to stay ontop of the chain. one of her movies that she shot when she was twenty “blooming daisies” where she potrayed a struggling orphan who dies after making it big and becomes a bitter ghost, blaire was catapulted to international fame.

she’s had everything. money, reputation, boys and plenty of fancy houses. though she’s never satisfied. she also can come off as grouchy to the public and isn’t always well-liked though she does have a large fanbase.

only recently did she decide move to salem. for what reason? no one knows yet but it’s been mentioned that she needed a fresh air. she’s also shooting a series while she’s here, an action filled drama that’s still a bit under wraps. or maybe she’s just looking for a peace of mind.

she really comes off as a really snobby person at first and doesn’t enjoy making friends with the people whom she thinks are below her. she makes snarky remarks and expects others to bow down to her. that being said once you get on her good side she can be very protective and loyal to you.

natalie burke grew up in the town just near the border of arizona and nevada. unfortunately, it didn’t seem the proximity to the sin city affected the old-fashioned mentality of the town.

with a population just over 200, it was a small town with small opinions. so natalie’s interest in feminine things was not just disapproved of, but practically forbidden.

she learned to keep her feelings to herself, only allowing herself to enjoy her passions like makeup, sparkly clothing, all those things she had been repeatedly told were not for her.

growing up, she was closed off, really only opening up when it came to the internet. she lived vicariously through people online but also finally being able to be herself without restraints.

she loved watching youtube, whether it was makeup tutorials, clothing hauls, or just vlogs. before long, her interest extended to making her own videos. she was pretty disconnected from the people in proximity to her, but she made up for that in finding friendship and acceptance online.

by the time she was seventeen, she had garnered a bit of a following.

unfortunately, this rise came with a fall. somehow, some classmates found her online pages and it took no time for the gossip to spread through the town.

her family never let her forget how humiliated they were. they said they could barely show their faces around town because of natalie. what was once the one thing to bring her joy had now made her life even more difficult.

her family had taken to practically acting as if she didn’t exist and she began to wonder if it was worse than constantly being told she was a humiliation and disgrace to the family.

in only weeks, she had made up her mind that she had to leave.

she was so nervous, so anxious, but she knew she couldn’t stay where she was. if she did, she wasn’t sure how much longer she could live in that town.

in the middle of the night, she picked up her things and left. disappeared without a further notice.

she left her phone, her bank account cards, taking only with her things that couldn’t be tracked. she knew her family hated her, but they also wouldn’t want to bad gossip of losing their daughter. she had to do everything she could to sever ties.

she found herself in primm, and relying heavily on the money she made from social media, finally got her footing after months of being in the town.

as of now, she is fully able to be herself and doesn’t have to worry about hiding any certain part of herself. she continues her blogging, even though she’s aware people from her past are still hating her from afar.

she managed to get hired at the art shack, and that was one of the things to first make her feel as if she was making a difference. she considers herself a child without parents, since she left so early in her life and refuses to consider her family.....as her family.

she is especially centered on making sure the children know the bounds of gender and sex shouldn’t contain them the way she felt fenced in for most of her life.

since coming to primm, she has managed to acquire a ‘found family’ (which i will be sending in a wanted connection for) of other lgbt people who have been there for in the past couple of years more so than her true family has ever been.

hi friends i’m bev, my only personality trait is my obsession w the horror genre, and i’m bringing u this soft sarcastic boy jude about whom u can find some info below + some wcs !!

(trigger warnings for drug use/abuse and neglect)

jude was born in manchester, england, to a pair of very wealthy, very young parents who were decidedly not good at being parents. when they realized he was never going to live up to their expectations of grandeur and high society they just sort of….gave up on him, it turned to neglect, and with no other family or grandparents around, it resulted in jude having to do a lot of taking care of himself. in some ways that did teach him a sense of how to be self sufficient, but it also gave him a super warped sense of responsibility.

when he was 14 (which was around the time the giving up on him started happening) his parents finally had another child, one who they were determined would make up for the failure that had been their first. because jude left home at 18 and never looked back, he knows almost nothing about this sibling. it was one of the hardest things he’s ever had to do bc he always wanted a little sibling but the kid was only 4 and he couldn’t take being there anymore. 

he resents his parents for it big time but (especially in the past five years or so) has started to learn how to compartmentalize that resentment and like?? learn from it rather than letting it make him bitter, if that makes sense, but he doesn’t talk to them at all and hasn’t since he left the uk. he’s done a lot of growing up lately though. jude in his early twenties was running around doing drugs and substituting actual meaningful relationships with sex and otherwise filling the void with garbage and addictive tendencies.

it was in his mid-twenties that he decided kind of on a whim to pack up and move to the states, heading for the east coast and the big city. he found a tiny shoebox apartment in new york, got work at a bar and supplemented it with selling drugs. continued his bad habits of sleeping around, committing to nothing except drugs and sex and live music, and a few years later found himself nearing thirty with nothing at all to show for it and no sense of direction.

so he checked himself into rehab, got clean, and that was when he started his tattoo apprenticeship. he worked under somebody who became something of a mentor to him and helped him find a sense of responsibility and purpose that his parents were never able to do. by the time he finished the apprenticeship he had gone back to smoking absolutely inhuman amounts of weed and doing party drugs here and there but he’s stayed away from the hard stuff for the most part.

it was a little more than a year ago, just before the new year, that jude decided he needed to get out of new york for a change of scenery and pace that he hoped would help with staying away from drugs. you could call it some kind of spiritual enlightenment but he would never call it that tyfegruhujwk. he calls it growing up and getting his shit together and realizing there’s more to life. vegas isn’t exactly the most lowkey place to have gone to stay (relatively) clean but his rationalization is that the change of scenery will be enough.

so he’s been here for a little over a year now, works at a tattoo parlor, still smokes a lot of weed and parties semi frequently but has managed to figure out how to maintain a sense of priority and responsibility in his life.

probably cares more about his friends/loved ones than himself?? he’s such a lover he has such a big heart he literally just wants the people he cares about to be happy and will sacrifice his own happiness to that end

a lot of his emotional turmoil comes from the war between his self destruction and wanting other people to be happy since those….do not go hand in hand at all lol

grew up with just his older brother, jaeshin. ( who is actually his dad )

he was brought up as jae’s younger brother, to keep him safe and out of the way of jae’s gang. 

but as he got older, he started getting more involved in it. at fourteen he was surrounded by jae and his gang. and he started drawing and designing different things, half of them were used by jae as tattoo’s. 

when jaemin turned sixteen, he got into a fight with another member of the gang and ended up getting beaten up pretty badly. 

a few weeks after being in the hospital for a week straight he found out that jae was actually his dad. 

they got into a fight, and jae said some things he didn’t mean which of course, hurt minnie’s feelings.

he tracked his bio mother down at seventeen and packed all his stuff up, took jae’s credit card and left. 

he hasn’t seen him since. 

he found his mother in nevada and he ended up there and she welcomed him with open arms. 

he’s been staying with her ever since, but they moved to primm literally three months ago, however he moved to his own apartment. has no idea

he can come across as broody and trouble making but really he’s a good boy. 

can be bubbly and energetic. 

is v much a mama’s boy. she stays on the outskirts of primm, while he stays in the desert oasis apartments. 

he’s very much all about drawing.

has lots of piercings. i.e his ears are pierced, lip is pierced and his septum is pierced.

hi, y’all! my name is prior, i’m 26 and i prefer they/them pronouns. this is my little baby, daisy. just a short disclaimer: it’s been a while since i’ve roleplayed so i may be a little rusty, but i’m very much looking forward to meeting you all and getting to know your characters!

so, daisy is stubborn as a mule and is a taurus through and through. don’t expect her to bend at your words. she grew up in madison, georgia, which is a small town. everybody knows everybody and their business does not stay secret. that was the reason she left, actually. her town was too small, she needed space and privacy so naturally she decided to move to primm and start over.

daisy has a chinese water dragon named archie, whom she treats as her own child. she loves indie music, reading books in the library and spending time at home. while she likes to keep to herself, daisy also has the charismatic touch. she understands her job and knows how to make tips. she can be a little bit of a flirt, but also knows how to handle herself if a situation gets out of hand. overall she’ll be kind to anybody who speaks with her.

as for connections, i’m open to almost anything. but i’ll be treating it as if she just moved to primm like two months ago. and yeah! that’s the basics!! can’t wait to get started!
