A Killer Surprise

The sun was just setting as Judal finished digging the hole. He wasn't exactly sure it was big enough, but he knew that if he didn't get back in time without a really good excuse, people would start questioning him and getting suspicious. After all, he needed to make sure he had an alibi for when the police found it, since it was only a matter of time.

The male wiped is forehead, careful not to leave traces of his DNA on the victim before plopping the body head first into the deep hole. Or at the very least, he had hoped it was deep. He cursed under his breath as he realized that the hole wasn't big enough and that the body's feet popped out. He continued cursing quietly as he searched around for a large boulder to put on top, seeing as how he didn't have enough time to dig any longer.
