How do you deal with prions?

Prions disease doesn’t come from eating humans, it comes from eating meat infected with prions disease. As long as the humans they eat aren’t infected (which is very unlikely as long as there’s any regulations at all on the meat industry), the monsters are fine. Also vampires can’t contract diseases at all anyway so they don’t have to worry no matter what.
