besides Haley, which villagers are the closest to Soleil?

lately, soleil has been hanging out a lot with jas!! soleil is good with the kids in general. responsible enough to keep them safe, but very fun to hang around. due to how much she respects her elders*, she gets along great with george and linus! evelyn’s fun too, just not in her path as often.

krobus, penny, and shane are some other close friendships for him in the valley. *lewis is his #1 exception

15. Where, if anywhere, would they get a job in town?

not exactly in town, but canonically around fall year 3, once a month, soleil drives their own logistics truck around neighboring towns and cities to drop off their produce personally :^) they like all aspects of farming but this is like their Calling as a job lol.

BUT they also help gus as a cook... keeping grandpa's legacy going <3

27. What’s their tragic 8-heart or 10-heart backstory event?

it's more a bittersweet one.... leaking soleil's 8 heart event lol. some context: prev heart events include finding grandpa left stuff in the attic, along a stack of letters for soleil to read. they're missing.

after consoling them about grandpa's missing letters, you offer to help soleil find them. after asking around in town, turns out grandpa left them with robin's parents, and they were passed on to robin then. soleil reads the letter welcoming them to the valley and cries. you console her, and that's the event!

soleil's fav is the night market!!! boost the local economy!!! fish at the bottom of the sea!!! drink coffee until it's 2 in the morning!!!

on the last day, soleil brings their own product crates to sell

(but that one year they put louis' shorts in the luau hotpot was particularly priceless)
