It’s related to dark, abandoned city streets with occasional taxies passing by and crumpled posters rolling down the sidewalks, which are covered with discarded, sometimes broken, beer bottles, cigarette butts, and crumpled pieces of paper with messily written phone numbers on them.
The name comes from a mix of pri from price, st from hardest, and chol from melancholia
