First: He cancelled twice the morning of the day we were supposed to do a lesson. Once he literally called less than an hour before the lesson started. 

Second: He missed lessons constantly. I think we did 4 lessons in about 2 months. So, naturally, it wasn’t rewarding for him as a student. 

Third: Once, even after I had written him to ask him when and if we were doing a lesson that week, which he didn’t reply to, which made me assume we didn’t have a lesson, he showed up at my house at 8 a.m. expecting to do a lesson we hadn’t even agreed on. 

Fourth: One morning (our last lesson) he literally showed up almost 30 minutes late for a 60 minute lesson and didn’t say anything when he got there. No apology, no recognition of his tardiness, nothing.

Who the hell even acts like that? Basically after the Christmas holiday he stopped writing me and I never wrote him for another lesson either... Family gatherings might be awkward but not any worse than having to deal with that stress every week! 

Teachers are not servants, we give our students respect, and expect that in return. I am a professional, not a kid sister playing House Teacher during my free time. 

If he had written me asking for another lesson I would have had him sign a contract which said 

he needs to come to lessons at least once a week. 

He needs to come on time

He needs to give a 24 hour notice if he cannot come to lesson
