I have to find a middle ground between needing everything to be perfect and not giving a shit because so far I've only been able to do one or the other. Either I organise and track everything; from how long it takes me to shower to exactly how many calories I consume vs how many I eat OR I sleep 14 hours a day, don't really talk to anyone and get no work done. Being organised makes me feel in control which I need. Being relaxed and alone makes me not want to hurl myself off a cliff which very much need also.
