Being Cis

So apparently from what I’ve read on here, as I am a white heterosexual male, I am transaphobic, homophobic, privileged and racist above everything else.

No mention of be being a loving son, loving boyfriend, hard worker etc.

You learn something new everyday! It isn’t like I have worked my fingers to the bone to get where I am in life.

But of course non of that matters.

Rant about some hate I've seen

Now before I start on this rant, know that I don’t hate trans people, I don’t have a lot of experience with them and when someone I’ve always known as one gender comes out as trans, it sometimes takes a little bit to get used to. 

So, I’m am a cisgender lesbian, I’m a girl, I’ve always been a girl, and I identify as a girl. Personally, I think that just makes me lucky. Not a bad person. 

On tumblr I’ve noticed people generalize a lot, I hear the same things often “I hate straight people” “I hate cis people” “I hate christians”. Now, I know that some of you have been hurt by people, but we’re not all evil. 

Honestly, why hate on cis people? Because they were lucky enough to be born their own gender. There’s no reason at all to hate. I’m sort of anti hate of anyone, and I think the hate should stop.
