Hi Y'all!

Hi everyone, long time no see, hasn't it?

Anyways, I want to say that I'm truly sorry if the blog seems inactive again. I know that when I first came on here, I made a promise to both Chloe and Zoe fans to not only give them the fanwork and the positive relationship they deserve, but also both the amount of love they both need; especially after that disaster clusterfuck known as Season 5 did to them both.

However, now that the year will be ending, now I feel like is the time to start over and try again!

As I'd said in the past before, it's going to take time to actually start writing again due to my massive IRL busy schedule and dealing with health (physically, mentally, etc...) as a whole. 2023 wasn't 100% the best year for me as I kept falling down and relapsing, but now, it's about time I make a change for real this time!

I will admit, I don't have all the pieces together yet because as of November 24th, I'd been on a 1 month and a half hiatus from the internet; focusing on my mental health and other aspects that help me get through the day and keep going.

Regardless, by 2024, I promise that things will start making a difference not only here but on my other 3 blogs as well (@muggle-born-princess; @princessgemsart and @pens-and-gems).

It's gonna take time for me to get back on track, but I promise: this Queen Bee / Vesperia stan will definitely feel and be healthier and happier once the time comes!

Did it ever occur to anyone that both Chloé and Zoé don't wanna be lonely?

Let’s look at some examples.

In “Despair Bear,” this is the first time we see Chloe’s insecurities deep down. In the episode, Adrien threatened to end their friendship until she learns to change for the better.

This takes a toll on her for three reasons.

1. We find out that her mother was someone who abandoned her at a young age, something she still is traumatized by.

2. As seen in the flashback, we see that Chloe had a stuffed bear called Mr. Cuddly that was her coping mechanism to help her cope with her mom leaving her.

3. In the same flashback, we see Chloe and Adrien starting up their friendship while Mr. Cuddly is there.

Therefore, Chloe doesn’t want to be lonely because her own mother abandoned her, so she acted clingy to Adrien (and Ladybug) so the empty hole in her heart could be filled.

Meanwhile in “Sole Crusher,” we learn that Zoe had only one friend in NYC as they were the only who wrote on her shoes as a goodbye.

Then as the episode goes by, Zoe is pressured to be like her family: Mean, Narcissistic, and Rude to everyone around her in order to fit in. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work because it’s not something she likes or even wants to be apart of.

The only person who does give her sympathy is Andre, her stepfather.

Furthermore, from what we gathered, even Audrey treated Zoe poorly back when they lived in NYC.

Therefore, I must ask:

Why the hell didn’t neither Chloe or Zoe realize that Audrey was an abusive piece of shit mother and both decided to abandon her, and actually develop a relationship based of their trauma? Hell, both of them could've helped each other healed and moved on from the pain. 

 In addition, as we saw in "Optigami," Chloe still has some disdain towards Audrey. She laughed when Alec insulted her. Implying she hasn't forgiven Audrey for neglecting her. 

So yeah Thomas, WHY COULDN'T YOU HAVE THEM DEVELOP BASED ON THE SAME TRAUMA THEY HAD! 

Oh wait, I remember:

"bEcAuSe ChLoE mEaNiE aNd ZoE sWeEt AnGeL!"

Seriously?

SERIOUSLY?!

YOU COULD HAVE EASILY MADE THEM REALIZE THAT BOTH WERE BEING INFLUNCED AND MANIPULATED TO BE LIKE AUDREY JUST FOR THE SAKE OF HER ATTENTION!

This was implied back in Season 2 of “Style Queen” when Chloe attempted multiple times to get Audrey’s attention.

In conclusion, this would not only be a good relationship between both girls, but also a great character arc for both Chloe and Zoe. 

Both could learn to move on and not be like their mother at all.

Both could learn to be their own person. 

Both could have mentor one another: 

Chloe could've taught Zoe to gain confident, learn to say what's on her mind, and not let anyone step on her for wanting her to change.

Zoe could've taught Chloe that she's not alone and that she doesn't need to be mean and angry 24/7 to get attention, and with some patience, she can learn to do better.

You know what would’ve been a better idea to have Queen Bee and Vesperia exist in the same universe? 

Giving them a Batman/Robin relationship. 

Hear me out:

Zoe could have easily exist as Vesperia, but without the Bee Miraculous. She could've made her own super suit, build her own weapons and powers, and basically be Chloe/Queen Bee's sidekick. Like maybe Vesperia’s Venom could be use to destroy sentimonsters and amorks while Queen Bee’s can just paralyze akumas. 

Instead of coming to Paris to escape the bullying, she could’ve moved there to present her science skills as a child prodigy and stay with the Bourgeoises. In fact, instead of being her half sister, she becomes Chloe’s foster/adopted sister instead. If Chloe was not allowed to be on the team, yet still have hold of the miraculous, that's what I think can still work. Then later when Zoe is introduced, Chloe decides to train her to be a hero and they both work together as The Bee Sisters. Fighting crime with or without Ladybug and the others.

I think it would not only give Chloe the development she would’ve gotten as both Queen Bee and Chloe, but also the depth Zoe could’ve gotten as well. Instead of making her this walking woobie the narrative expects us to feel bad for, give her a character trait where she can actually use her talent to grow as a person.

We saw in “Sole Crusher” and “Queen Banana” on how her acting skills make her who she is, but the problem was it tries way too hard to make us like her because it basically translates to “Look, look! Here’s the new bee holder! She’s so cool and awesome and badass! Fuck Chloe! Fuck Queen Bee! Vesperia is ten times better!” 

If Zoe were to use her acting skills to actually fight off crime instead of having her new forced role being pound into us, then her as Vesperia would’ve made more sense.

 It didn’t work in “Sole Crusher” because the narrative barely gave us any reason to feel bad for her except for a vague background.

It also didn’t work in “Queen Banana” because it expected us to have us root for her and boo at Chloe, only to have it appear extremely unlikable on both sides of the coin. Zoe acting all high and mighty and Chloe to only appear even more mean-spirited than ever; thus making them appear both despicable in the end. 

In the end, Chloe and Zoe both having a Batman and Robin like relationship would’ve easily been the best option for them. They both could’ve develop as both heroes and sisters. 💛🖤

I want a world where after Ladybug saves an akumatized person, the person at first thanks her, but then Ladybug replies:

"Don't thank me, thank the Bee Sisters: Queen Bee and Vesperia."

And then Queen Bee and Vesperia appear, smile politely, they tell the person it was no big deal, and all three of them "pound it."

Seriously, let Chloe and Zoe have a Woody and Buzz dymanic. ❤💛

How Zoé as Vesperia could've worked:

This is probably something you said/heard or even someone you saw said or heard this, but Zoé as Vesperia honestly could've worked if she was a temporarily, not permanently, not official, temporarily replacement for Chloé/Queen Bee.

How would it worked?

Say if Marinette did needed Queen Bee for the job. Say she had a hard time defeating the villain, but realized that Chloé as Queen Bee is who she needed.

However, say that Chloé was kidnapped, brainwashed, trapped by Hawk Moth and/or Mayura, so Marinette as Ladybug couldn't rely or even save her in time; so that's when Zoé as Vesperia comes in.

Remember in Queen Banana when Zoé was unsure if she should use the bee miraculous, knowing Chloé's wrath?

Well, here's an alternative take:

Zoé: "But don't you have Queen Bee? How would she feel if she was being replaced?"

Ladybug: "Don't worry about her, okay? I'll make sure that you'll only be used for emergencies, so neither of you will feel replaced."

Meanwhile, although Chloé as Queen Bee would feel a bit jealous and even irritated that someone else is using the bee miraculous, she would still understand that Ladybug can't always rely on her and know that it will be in the right hand at all times. Whether it will be Ladybug's, Vesperia's, or even herself.

I know the last part sounds a bit OOC, but if you remember in Bakerix that she asked Chat Noir if she needed her [Queen Bee] help, he simply responded with a "no thanks, we're good." Did she throw a tantrum? Did she say "Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous!" Did she scream "DADDY!"

...

Fuck. No.

She ran off, hid to safety, and actually accepted no as an answer for once in her life.

That was growth that she was changing.

That was growth that she was becoming patient.

That was growth that she was learning that the world did not revolve around her.

That was growth that she was growing in general!

In conclusion, both girls would still be Queen Bee/Vesperia, but one (Chloé) would be the permanent holder while the other (Zoé) would be the temporary one if QB is no where to be around, was injured, kidnapped, etc..

And that's how you develop them both, Thomas Asstwat.
