My biggest goal for 2020 is to learn to make bread. I figure why wait until tomorrow to start. So, here goes nothing. Since moving home with my Mom I’ve only spent the night alone in the house once because she got stuck in Waukee by weather. Tonight she is staying out in Waukee to play Grammy to Ricky today and tomorrow which means me and the herd of animals have the house to ourselves. So at 9PM when I felt like baking Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies I baked them. Baking is therapy to me. It soothes my restless mind and calms my anxiety. So I made cookies. And now I’m going to go lay in bed and watch @greysabc some more before going to bed. I sometimes miss living alone but honestly, I’ve already FaceTimed Mom and Ricky once today and talked on the phone with Mom when I was done baking.
