Silco Figures Request to GoodSmile Company

To all Silco enjoyers, simps, fans, lovers and more! What if we all banded together to request Silco figures from GoodSmile Company? Be it a nendoroid, a figma, a pop up parade or a scale figure, we are able to send a request form through their website to potentially get at least one figure of Silco (and perhaps even more?). It is a short and simple process which can be done through here: https://support.goodsmile.com/hc/en-us/articles/14948741690009-Product-requests-and-rerelease-requests. This request may not guarantee any production of a Silco figure, but it can show our interest for it. And the more request forms are sent, the more they will see Silco as a viable and profitable product to make which will put us closer to having figures and figurines of him exist! As a Silco enjoyer, I'd love to have multiple figures of him, but alas... there is only one figurine of him available; a funko (Of course, I got it!). And the lack of products for him is criminal which is why I am seeking all of your collaboration to send request forms to GoodSmile Company! There may be other manufacturers that would be open to requests and make products of him. However, I'm not aware of them. If you do know any, feel free to share their links in the comments below! PLEASE BRING TO THE U.K!!!

Please Bring this to the UK!!!! This is by far my favorite popcorn snack...I absolutely love it Unfortunately, I have to order online and pay disgusting prices compared to when I lived in the states. Can't even find small bags here unless I go into one of these specialty shops and the price is less than desirable & the bag is tiny for the price. At times I do pay to get my fix.

I pray this sells big here in the UK because I need it to! Any other lovers of Smartfood popcorn, missing it besides me? I doubt I am the only one.

The best part is after finishing a bag is when you have to suck all the cheese off of your fingers.

I love to stick the bag in the freezer before opening it as it gives it a bigger crunch. Go ahead try it! you will see the difference.

创业团队产品踩的坑，kayll的一点思考

我一直想总结一下之前的产品设计开发历程，期间挖了各种坑，直到第一版上线后，那股热血沸腾依然消失的的不知方向了。先从自己开始说起，在今年年初，一直想去做一款关于大学生群体的的互联网资讯平台，是巧遇，倒不如说是一种缘分吧，认识了我们团队的老大A，我们在相互说了自己的想法，更重要的是在介绍了产品之后，我当时是多么兴奋，热血沸腾，什么犹豫也没有直接从国企辞职来到了这个创业团队。利用自己仅有的实习产品经验开始规划这个项目，市场调研，用户分析，自己听取了创始人的一番慷慨激昂的讲解，后来发现这个饼画的挺大的，还是整个生态链。最终我们确定了产品定位，然后就是建立了用户模型。从最初的模型建立以及定位，整个过程都是很顺利，逻辑鲜明，列举了产品主要功能点，一个一个功能点进行探讨分析，把所谓的可能性都梳理了一遍，整个交互也是在查看分析了几十个竞品或者做得好的国内外APP以后，结合自己的产品定位，用户场景，以及用户群体，再确定没有大问题后，画出了第一版的产品APP原型，然后跟运营一起找了学校学弟学妹们参与其中，头脑风暴吐槽我们的产品功能，是否满足他们的需求，在一轮又一轮的风暴后，我总结了一些刚性需求，综合产品进行了优化；在这期间我们还专门找了企业端资源hr来体验我们APP，对她们的需求以及我们产品的吐槽进行了分析整理，在后续的APP原型版本中都体现出来了，就这样我们的APP原型初稿敲定。

我们的开发是外包的，它们只懂开发，开发团队并没有所谓的ui设计师，交互设计／用户体验师，只有项目经理，在其间我一直跟进我们的APP与它们沟通交流，第一个坑来了，在技术选型上，14年当时国内MUI框架很火，基于的产品——HBuilder火起来了，同时，HBuilder号称史上最牛的Html+js IDE，提供了各种快捷键，和缩写方式。所以当时技术选型上就用了它，用MUI框架，放弃了android和IOS原生开发，用它可以同时兼容两个版本，高层考虑到时间的紧迫，对第一版本产品的期待，还有外包技术带头人的肯定，很愉快的谈妥了，接着就是为期一个多月的开发。其实隐隐约约的迎来第二个坑，我们的外包是在它们公司开发，这就是一个大坑，正常应该它们派开发团队来驻场，在我们公司，在我们的配合下一起开发，初创团队在这样的开发模式下就已经犯了大忌，注定这个产品很烂。

在这期间，新的内容共享平台陆续登台，整个互联网行业内容崛起，在这里就不多赘述，老板多次提出新的功能模块，一个人在画打拼（其实初创公司需要一个懂点互联网的老板是多么的好）。老板觉得这件事可行，高层决定了，老大A觉得这件事可行，然后我就自然而然觉得这事儿可行了。现在想一想，还很年轻，更多应该是不自信吧，也是自己没去甚至都没有怀疑的勇气。就这样又改了原型，增加了XX功能，跟外包那边继续沟通，第一版还没做好，又要增加了新的功能需求，这简直了，（不作死也的作死，产品不是脑袋一热堆起来的）。现在回头想想，这跟闭门造车差不多。

在外包开发这个期间，我们产品团队加上老大A，总共三个人（其中一个是UI设计实习生），我也一直在做市场调研，这里要感谢国产良心原型工具——墨刀，让我快速制作一个APPdemo，（这里面插一句闲话，其实Axure/墨刀等原型软件只是你用来展示思路，产品的工具，用什么顺手就用什么，什么时候用，用什么，因人而异）装在手机里可以真实操作模拟，这样我演示给学生（用户群体）更加直观感受产品，每次跟学生沟通后，都发现很多不一样需求和建议，这个时候快速应变，不能被学生零散的需求给蒙蔽了产品主方向。整个产品在第一版本未开发出来，中途功能模块改动太大，关于注重产品细节，是创业团队还是新产品去快速验证市场之大忌，结果我们就走入了这个坑。

把大量时间花在了新的模块功能和讨论细节上，而且同样老板，老大自我感觉很好，觉得自己就是掌握产品的命脉了，也把体验做到极致的感觉，自己在挖苦自己一把，有的时候头脑发热，哪股热流一来，都没有推翻重来的勇气，我到现在觉得很难，对整个产品负责，不是一个人就能扭转的，需要整个团队推到重来，且不说自己到底能不能承受了这个压力，我发现自己只是变成了产品执行者。在经历了与外包公司开发团队的一系列pk后，第一版版本基本出来了，当下载后我们傻眼了，前期已经把视觉还有交互都盯着改了又改，问题出在了之前的坑——技术选择，这个用户体验卡死了，完全与原生开发的不是一个等级的，惨不忍睹，这里我就不在过多说了，反正很差（外包后台管理端开发的还不错，基本把后台原型功能都实现了，体验上也能满足运营的小伙伴用）。

在外包整个产品开发期间，一直觉得效率不高，一如既往的拥抱变化，前期花在需求上的时间足够长了，但是也很难在产品需求定位阶段真正的分析和挖掘出所有的需求，有些需求是在设计或者用户使用过程中出现的，整个过程在沿用瀑布开发模式，对于初创公司或者从0做起的新产品并不适合瀑布开发，这种识别变化延迟到了最后的测试和用户体验阶段才发现，很大程度上已经造成了成本。回过头来反思自己，行业经验过于少，虽有产品热情还不够，还要有产品设计方法论。

折腾了三个月多了，我们团队一致决定，自己重新写APP（只写前端部分），用最新的react－native前端技术开发（创业项目可以尝试用，话说有原生一样的体验，RN还不成熟，有好多坑），在加入创业团队之前我是熟悉JS，jquery，html/css，bootstrap的，写过网页，在产品开发期间也关注了新技术RN，所以看着API文档学了点，入门RN写几个demo；后来我们团队也补充了前后端开发小伙伴，然后就一起造轮子了。一路也是遇到很多坑，这里就不多赘述前端开发的坑了（呜呜，我是小白）。

在我们自己团队开发的时候，为了提高开发效率，把整个APP功能模块划分为100个粒度差不多的功能点，根据优先级排列，把整个产品backlog（包括功能性和非功能性的需求），划分为几个sprint，每个sprint大概一周时间，每一次如果有60个功能点全部完成并通过验证和测试，我们就比较有把握说整体进度完成了60%，这样每天都有站立会，在下午下班之前大概15分钟，我们几个轮流交流自己领取的任务完成情况和遇到的困难，阐述明天做的任务量，在这期间遇到的问题，然后罗列出来，大家一起解决问题；每天都是这样，整个工作进度提升了，效率提高，团队成员相互学习的热情更高。过了一个月，边学习新技术边开发，也就是一边踩坑一边开发APP，我们的IOS版APP出来了，9月29上线了。通过下载测试，用户流畅度很棒，不亚于原生体验。

我也是第一次操作APP上架苹果商店，期间还好有简书上的最新详细流程，上架第一次不顺利，没有通过，由于端口的问题，后来开发解决了，顺利通过，以前听说苹果商店卡的比较严格，审核期比较慢，但是明显效率很快，正常工作日两三天就有回复了。

但是最大的问题已经潜移默化的扑面而来，在我们上线后，推广产品的时候，发现没有高质量的内容，不能满足用户的需求，其实这个问题在开发的时候就有遇到和反思过，只不过已经闭门造车太久，走偏了方向。整个团队不知道产品该怎么定位和继续走下去了，没有盈利模式，更没办法前期的推广。所以很痛心的感悟，新的产品项目到来，深挖需求胜过一切，快速的市场验证，勇敢的去推翻，去pk自己，不能一味的闭门造车，一条道走到黑，需求变动的成本太高昂，代价太大。小团队适合Scrum模式开发，这样让每个成员参与其中，效率提高！

Product request

So I’ve gotten a couple people into Check Please! in the 5 1/2 weeks since I found it, and one of them said to me, “I want a t-shirt that says “Will affirm all sexual identities.” And the more I think about it the more I think it needs to happen.  Because sure, like a TON of people who already read the comic would LOVE them... but it would also play very well outside the CP community AND bring people into it. Win-win! Ideally it would be done exactly like a sign taped to the back, lol.  Also would be great if it came in lots of sizes. I wear a 5x, and get happy verklept tears when I can buy fan shirts in my size.
