This was a 10 pages manga i made for school before. it was supposed to be read right to left, but perhaps i forgot about that order when i drew it lmao.

i admit i barely remember what i researched for this, but here it is. i remember wanting to make more, but with everything else going on, i think it was a decent attempt. i wanted to draw more such as the reveal of kiko, but ran out of time lol.

i did want to draw a story between an inu and a kitsune. and finally did it then. i quite like how the kitsune looks, she was meant to look like a beautiful deity fox. maybe i'll revisit this story or another character like her at some point. hope you enjoy their story and their cute little reunion!

Silco and Isha, an art request from twitter again! I wasn't too sure what Silco is showing Isha so you are free to insert whatever you wish here! Initial sketch that I scrapped because I just couldn't get it to work lol. But hope you enjoy the sleepy skrungly father and two daughters brushing their teeth in the morning!

For this painting practice, I initially only wanted to do greyscale, but I pushed it further to go from greyscale to color using Soft light and Color layers.

Not too fond of the process so far, but I'll definitely try it again! See how I like it then.

WIPs and process for this painting! This is how it started! Made a loose sketch first while using the movie shot screenshot as a reference. It wasn't looking too much like Obi-Wan at this point.

Limited to two values to practice seeing the light and shadow (and values lol).

Then I refined it best I can. Obi-Wan was still looking off so I put time to fix his proportions, lineart and shading. Proportion is something I have to work on more lol!

After more rendering and fixing I was mostly satisfied with what I had here so I moved on to colors!

Here, I was figuring out how to use the Soft Light and Color layers at this point. It was looking closer to the movie shot!

To the rendered piece! Happy with how it came out. After the rendering, I locked the transparent pixels for the lineart and changed it to colors to add a bit more of a realistic effect so it looked less like a drawing!

This painting took me about seven days to do, but there were days where I didn't put too many hours as it can be draining to only work on it. Stepping away to come back at it another time or day has helped me focus better and see errors I wouldn't have seen so easily otherwise.

And thank you for all the love for this piece! It warms my heart that people are enjoying this as much I enjoyed painting it! Having some of you think this is a screenshot from the movie is high praise! Thank you, truly! Hopefully, you'll enjoy what else is to come!

I'll likely rework another painting practice I did before this one. Of course, it has Obi-Wan in it and it is from TPM again! EDIT: Fixed some parts! This is the final one. My screen was not calibrated well so I was seeing things darker than they should be lol!

Practice from star wars the phantom menace! Obi-wan's likeness was hard to replicate, but I think I'm pretty close to it after days of fixing it whew. This could be reworked more, but I'm satisfied with it.

Obi-wan is currently my fav so I'll be drawing and painting more of him!

EDIT: Replaced with newer render, old one will be on the WIPs and process post!

EDIT #2: Fixed some things again. Last one... hopefully!
