My Product Test
My sister recently bought me a jar of Blue Emu, a cream for joint and muscle pain because I’m in pain every day from a compressed disk in my neck and carpal tunnel in my hands. This morning I woke up in more pain than normal so I thoiught I’d try this stuff now, since I also have additional pain in my elbow because I slept all wonky. Normally I woud take 800 mg of Ibuprofen and move on, but I haven’t eaten yet and am not hugry, and I dont need an upset stomach on top of it.
This product cost $28 for a jar so I thought some of you would like to know if it works before you buy it, so lets test it.
I have generously rubbed it on my neck, my elbow, and rubbed it into my hands. There is no smell, it’s not greasy, but it’s blue so there is some mild staining on my skin.
10 minutes later - no change yet, There isnt any hot/cold or topical menthol feeling like you woud get with other muscle creams so there isn’t any soothing feeling either.
30 minutes later - still nothing but my hands are sticky.
1 hour later - Nothing. Not even for the mild “I slept wonky” elbow pain.
So is Blue Emu worth the $25 per jar? No. time to eat something and take some advil.
