Tokyo Mew Mew Episode 27, rain scene, Ichigo hidding from Aoyama - Douga Scan by MyuMyuCheerCh on X
Final version (anime)
By the way is anyone here in love with anime production material / settei too? Storyboards, color design, model sheets, keyframes etc etc--- WELL
There's a community making an archive of that stuff accessible! There's a VERY wide variety of anime in their collections, and their scans are pretty high quality and well-curated. It's a fantastic resource if you need character design refs, insight into the anime industry, or just like cool sketches and art.
As per the website's terms, "Please do not print and resell [their] settei for your own profit." All images shown in this post are from the link above.
Since there seems to be a big fan base for Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night on here, maybe ya'll can assist me in some way.
I've mentioned this on my Bluesky, but if anyone has access to the production material for Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night such as scripts, backgrounds and model sheets, please let me know as I'm on the lookout for a model sheet of Willikers in particular for a few reasons; reference for when drawing him and a point of reference as I want to comm a plush of him to go with my Jiminy plush collection for my lil' Jimill ship.
I know Phelous was able to get his hands on that scrapped pilot set after Emperor, so it shouldn't be too much of a longshot to try and find production materials.
Please, if anyone in this small community has scans of any of these things, feel free to message me or reblog this post with the stuff I'm looking for or hit me up through Bluesky.
Hell, I'd be really happy with a pdf file of the movie's script too.
I'd really, really appreciate help finding these things.
I was going to include this in the other entry, but I feel like this needs to have its own post.
With the unused script I also got a partial Character Analysis document (that also needs its own post) and a beat outline for an even earlier version of "Have a Heart".
The outline of this episode doesn't look anything like what the show developed into. It starts out with a little intro from Cat. There's also a mention of a "Rabbit Hole Opening Sequence"?!
The Doorknob was a character and the White Rabbit doesn't have his skates that are mentioned in every other piece of documentation that I've seen for the show. (The skates were a selling point in the contemporary vision of the show.)
The Caterpillar gets to have this moment and the Hatter and Hare are somehow even more chaotic than the other revised "Have A Heart" script:
This is really ominous...
The Tweedles only talk in rhyme, which is funny because I remember Reece Holland talking about how he thought the Tweedles should have spoken only in rhyme in an interview. Also, more impending chaos from H&H.
People like to blame Alice for things.
One thing didn't change:
Hatter also still has a talent for weaseling himself out of being held accountable for things:
Cat had much more of a presence in this version of the show. It's almost like he was meant to be a teacher figure or narrator or something?
For only being 5 pages long, this document is packed with little gems that just fascinate me.
Check out @yanchamisc for a WEALTH of G1 My Little Pony production material, including animation cels and storyboards! An amazing archive!
Spider Riders Directors Book Full
As I have been meaning to do this forever, I’ve uploaded a full scan of the Directors Book: https://mega.nz/#!kQE0VbbI!ru3HOqnFNTyoyQQ_4IU41DwLqTlAhZLTZolcc5fEEqk
I have previously posted some of the production sketches, which is honestly the most interesting part here: http://spiderridersftw.tumblr.com/post/117275797164/original-production-sketches-for-main-human-and
As well as a translation of the interview portion here: http://spiderridersftw.tumblr.com/post/119600719344/sr-directors-book
But in any case, this is the full book, and the scan quality is better. If anyone is interested in translations for the rest of the book, I don't mind doing parts on request (please specify what page and what part). But aside from the interview, it's nothing new or interesting. And the tiny sized text on the production sketches is pretty much all illegible even for me.
