Assuming everyone I posted is an adult anyway, so no Amethio or Coral. (I hear some debate about Jessie and James, but they're affected by the same lethargy the other adults were in SM, and according to an old radio drama, Jessie's mom wrote a note to Giovanni 20yrs before Mewtwo's creation about how she gave her daughter up for adoption/foster care.)

Attila and Hun showed up in the Raikou special and opening credits of one of the movies. There's maybe some I'm forgetting, but these were the ones I could think of.
