When he Oliver was a kid he didn’t knew what he wanted to be when he grew up. Nothing really interested him all that well with all the jobs he could choose and wanted mostly to help people. One day as he and his friends where exploring a forest ,that said to be a short cut to his school, he and his friends where ambushed by a pack of wolves. Most of his friends ditched him and left him and his two other friends left for dead. They defend themselves as much as possible before they where overwhelmed. When a wolf lunged at Oliver he was suprise when he didn’t felt the impact or pain before looking up and realizing a mysterious figure had saved him. They quickly manage to chase away the wolves before taking a glance behind they back and leaving. after he and his friend left the forest and had a quick conversation of what just happen Oliver eventually concluded he wanted to be a superhero. Of course his friends find this silly but never had the heart to tell him and instead offer to help him reach his goal.
Oliver can be very naive and trusting, often claiming to be friends with someone almost upon meeting them. He is often confused by any show of aggression , often trying to resort the problem with words then force.he is willing to help others even they are cruel to him.he absolutely refuses to harm people and wouldn’t dare to do so even in self defense. He is also pretty good as counseling if needed. Oliver’s willingness to trust people leads to quite a few people taking advantage of him and since it’s in his nature he forgives others too easily for things that are unacceptable to do. He often tends to be an errand boy too and let people walk all over him even if he have important things too do. Oliver works at a bakery shop that he owns and enjoy making pastries and often once he closes his shop gives some to his friends or save them to eat for himself(he dose have a sweet tooth after all.).He also offer free cinnamons rolls for samples.
Oliver has the ability to manipulate heat and could technically badly burn someone if he wish.(Oliver wears a red bandanna because it was the only clear detail he spotted on the person who saved him and his friends before they left)
Amaya
Amaya and her family used to live in exile in a desert wasteland far from any civilization where they have to struggle to survive. Her father was a son of a ferocious General. He was supposed to be in a arrange marriage. However unknown to his parents have meet one of the daughters of a poor but kind owner of a restaurant. When his father found out he and his now proclaimed wife where exiled into the waste land. However They would occasionally sneak back to the city to gather supplies. but one day a plague had sweep in and nearly whipped out the whole city. Upon seeing that the city was in decay they decided it was best to leave and soon they moved into a forest which was much to their surprise next to a friendly local village. That of which is where Amaya meet her best friend Oliver.
Amaya is a odd individual. Being in the wasteland for most of her childhood where hardly any one would speak to her, Amaya is socially awkward and often lacks knowledge of proper social etiquette(which had gotten her into more then enough awkward and embarrassing situations). Amaya is also very strong willed and when her mind is set on something it’s almost impossible to get her to change her mind. Amaya is also a very responsible person and is often a giant mom friend who is also very serious on the notion of safety. Amaya however is not afraid to speak her mind and have a strong sense of justice and will ferociously defend what she believes is right. Unfortunately however this tend to unintentionally leads her to be a bit close minded sometimes. She is also at time a bit harshly blunt and due to her lack of social skills tend to accidentally miss on the emotional atmosphere of a conversation.
Beings raised in a wasteland for her childhood Amaya is resourceful and is very skilled at hunting and find water. She is also surprisingly strong.

Makin a thing for school
All images used was taken/designed by me >u>
An assignment we have to do is make a website for our company.
Being broke af I used a free website maker which is chill though frustrating at times.
This is just wip though so there is a lot left to go.
welp
In my artwork I usually take photos of surreal landscapes. My concentration is following a path. When I take photos, I find that I wander a lot and that shows through my art. I think as an artist I have “followed” a path and come very far. I have really seen myself and art grow though these last few years of high school. One thing I do to my photos a lot is use blur effects, I like to blur parts of a photo so you can see the real focus of the photo. I think that this makes the photo look surreal. I usually use detail extractor too on my photos so you can see the detail better.
My primary college educational goal is to major in teaching and hopefully minor in photography. I plan on attending Illinois State University in the fall because they are known for teaching program. When I’m there I plan on joining an art club and a track club. If I’m not to busy I would like to get an on campus job.
Creating a Creative Writing Portfolio
It’s always going to be hard as a writer to determine which piece’s of work represent you the best. It’s important to go through every bit of your writing, figuring out which one’s shows the best qualities of you writing.
A portfolio is made for writers who you like to not only write professionally, but for those who would like to get their work published in any kind of way. One can always publish their book or work on their own, but that is not only time consuming and soul breaking, it can also be really expensive and hard to get a following.
Portfolio’s are sent to publishing companies, or any ordinary company looking for a writer. For this blogs sake we are going to go the route of a creative writer. We will follow the guides of setting up a portfolio, and what kind of writing should be inside of it.
The Set-Up:
Make sure to make a cover page. For some, all it needs is your name, the company you are addressing, and maybe the date. After the cover page you should set up a sort proposal of what they can find within the portfolio. You can talk about what your writings are about, and always end with thanking them for their time, and consideration.
Next you need to figure out what writing you are going to put in. If you are writing a book, and wish to submit your book you can always put your first chapter. Some publishing companies ask first the first 50-100 pages, and other ask for a certain amount of chapters. Sometimes they will ask for the entire book to be submitted; make sure you have your book written before sending any piece of it in.
You can also add sort stories, if that is what you are trying to get published. You can label them by their genre, maybe you have a Syfy, fantasy, and thriller as you assortment. Take those three genre and make them into categories, taking two sort stories for each section.
The same goes for poetry. Maybe you write in multiple different styles. Make sure to make categories for them, submitting two or thee into each.
When submitting to a company or website make sure you follow their guidelines. Many websites will tell you how to construct you portfolio. You must follow their guidelines and make sure that all your grammar mistakes have been fixed before sending it in. If they immediately see that it is not in the format that they want it they will disregard it.
How To Choose Your Writing:
From experience, I have found that sending in two different styles has worked in my favor. There are many publishing magazines, or publishing companies that take multiple different types of genres. You can always submit two or three that are totally different from one another.
Sharing your work with someone else makes the process easier as well. Having a writing group, or a friend, to look over you writing can help with not only expanding you idea’s, but choosing the right story to put into your portfolio.
The most important thing to remember when submitting your writing is that you are sending in something you are proud of. It is always a horrible feeling to have a piece out there you are actually embarrassed in. I have send in a portfolio once with three short stories, two piece’s i was proud of and the other not so much. The only one that got chosen was the short story i didn’t like, and now it is public for the world to see. Always for confident in the pieces you put into your portfolio, and always follow your gut.
Portfolios can be a daunting task when you are first making it, but as a writer you probably have a lot of material to work with. It’s always important to keep trying even when you get turned down, and always remember you will make it somewhere you just have to keep trying.
Below are a few example of proposals and portfolios for creative writing.
