Military Diet: First off I have to say that I woke up around 8:30 (except for day3) but I did my work out before breakfast just incase you are wondering. I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost because I don’t have a scale - so I took before and after pictures. Day 1: Breakfast at 11:45 Lunch at 14:45 Dinner at 18:25 About 1000cal. Wasn’t starving or hungry. Worked out and burned about 700cal. Feeling great! Day 2: Breakfast at 11:15 Lunch at 14:15 Dinner at 17:45 About 800cal. It’s that time of the month again…and I wasn’t hungry but I was craving sweets so so much! I thought about quitting but I resisted.💪 Worked out and burned about 400cal. Showering after the workout was amazing! Day 3: Breakfast at 10:15 Lunch at 16:30 Dinner at 19:30 About 1100cal I skipped my workout because I was cleaning the apartment and according to MyFitnessPal I burned about 790cal. Résumé: I can see a difference and I definitely feel a lot better! I also will do this "Diet" again because I found it pretty easy.❤
Every once in a while I have to remind myself that I have already lost 12kg and there are only 6kg left to loose 💪 Let's focus on what we‘ve already achieved ❤
Wednesday 24.05.17
First Day was suuuuuper easy. I’m satisfied and not hungry at all!
But I have to say I am craving SUSHI😍 …. what I do almost everyday 😅 Gonna buy some on Saturday.
Worked out twice today. One session Cardio and the other strength training💪
Not sure if I overcharge my body but I really want to see results 😇
16.05.17 Using MyFitnessPal to track my calorie intake and this is how I did today.
Didn't have the time to work out properly in the last weeks so from today on I'm going to do that again 💪 and also starting a new diet and workout plan 🏃🍉❤ 15.05.17 SW: 71kg (01.10.16) CW: 61kg GW1: 55kg GW2: 50kg (GW3:45kg but looking healthy!)
