THRASHING THURSDAY - Guitar Solos Edition Week 1
This song was the first Nevermore song I ever heard, and I instantly fell in love with the band. It may seem like a midpaced song at first, but everything seems to fall into place in this song, including guitarist Jeff Loomis. He is known as a technical guitarist who made real difficult riffs sound easy and guitar solos as smooth as butter. This solo in particular is one of Loomis's crazy-sounding solos, but is surprisingly memorable without being lost in the shred.
