My death eater headcanons :
-Lucius Malfoy befriended Macnair to piss off his father. Because teenage rebellion has to go somewhere.
-Wilkes and Evan were starcross lovers. Wilkes was a half-hag, while Evan a pureblood wizard.
-Tobias Snape was onto that Sev's fellow students were trying to groom him. Unfortunately, he came of it the wrong way, punching Lucius in the face and then caning Severus, pushing him even further towards them.
-Initially, Lucius approached Sev only for grooming quotas, and then came to like him and de-facto adopt him as a younger sibbling.
-The real reason why Roddy and Bella didn't have children was because Roddy was exclusively into not so quite alive people and Bellatrix would never have sex with someone who had touched a dead person in such a way, not because she's a good person, but out of physical disgust.
-Bellatrix was recruited only after her marriage.
-Voldemort has a tendency to target the vulnerable, and honestly, a young woman who just learned she married a necrophile would be the perfect target.
-The first time Bellatrix tortured someone was in Hogwarts. She found out a muggle-born girl in the changing room didn't have the marks of magical "discipline"...Envy and prejudice is NOT a pretty mixt. She wasn't expelled for it, because Hogwarts doesn't care about attempted murder, so what does a little water boarding do !
