Confused and outraged, spectators disregard facts and accept assumptions. They rightfully accuse based off of the monotony of prevalent racially fueled violence. Guilty parties throw blame on the innocent and use misguided children as their scape goats while they are allowed to slip past their audience with no repercussions rather than vacation time for their actions. All the while, there is a higher-lower order that plots on predictions, cheers at the puppet show they create using the public as their cast. They use the results of their actions to reinforce their own selfish ideals and applaud demise that increases their own personal wealth.
