Starting every day right with proper nutrition is *super* important - I know this since I became vegetarian 20 years ago. I didn't have the proper knowledge of nutrition to support my body through the transition and ended up fainting in the dormitory bathroom due to iron and vitamin deficiency. I don't do gua sha massage daily but I keep to at least one a week, but aim for 2 or 3. I also use jade roller at times and do simple face massage with my hands as part of my night time routine.
Also, the material of your gua sha is important. I love that mine is made or rose quartz. Its healing properties connect to the heart chakra, and helps you to deepen relationships, embrace kindness, compassion, tenderness and love towards others and most importantly - yourself. ♥️
