if you don't do anything else today, please research whats going on with Fukushima

whats going on with japan, fukushima and the pacific ocean is really troubling me.

you will never hear about fukushima in the news, its up to us to educate ourselves and raise awareness about the nuclear waste that is being dumped into our ocean and has been for 3 years. i’ve heard reports that if the nuclear waste reaches the atlantic ocean, we have 6 years left before we get wiped out. the oceans are what keep us ALL alive. it’s so crucial to protect these bodies of water.

please, lets take back our fundamental human rights. we need to shift into a higher awareness and promote change on this planet.

my yummy green smoothie this morning consisted of

1 cup spinach

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen mango

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

dash of maple syrup

1 tbsp wheat grass powder

i have so many things in the works right now!

holy my life has been moving at the speed of light it seems like for the past week! i can't even begin the explain the possibilities and opportunities that are opening up for me! i've been trying to be as active as i can, but i definitely will be making more of an effort to post and remain active for all of my lovely followers :)

after a long inner debate, i purchased lululemon's Mat

i had my eye on a few different mats because i'm really diving head first into my yoga practice, and the studio i just joined offers hot and regular classes, so i needed something that i wouldn't slip and slide all over even in the hot class.

so i marched into lululemon today - i know many of the girls who work there, just because i'm literally there ALL the time.i asked if i could do some moves on The Mat right there in the store, so i did a few flows and realized that i wasn't slipping at all! amazing right!

so i bought it in green, because it's the colour of the heart chakra, and it's so inviting! i'm heading to class tonight, so i will give a FULL review once i give it a few go's in class for those who are on the same yoga mat quest!
