Ophelia for the ask meme, please!
You’re like my favorite person right now.
1. How I feel about him/her: Ophelia is my favorite dork out of all the dorks in Fates (they give us four funny weirdos with odd catchphrases, for crying out loud). One, she’s a magical powerhouse, and I’m known to favor magic characters -- see Soren, Nino, Lewyn, etc. Two, she says things like “in like the night” and “Luminary Uppercut!” Three, she makes Odin self-conscious about his own role-playing shenanigans, which is a hilarious dynamic.
2. Who I ship him/her with romantically: Percy, because how better to make a fantastic family of dorks than to put the dork that is constantly scripting herself with the dork who charges into battle yelling “Bombastic Beatdown Blow!”
And then their fathers getting together and going “Eldritch Smackdown!” “For Justiiiiice!!” It’d be a grand time.
3. Who I ship him/her with platonically: Sophie and Forrest. I just see them as being really compatible, but I don’t really like the thought of Forrest and Ophelia together romantically, I just can’t place my finger on why.
4. What do I like about this character: I have many reasons. And she’s a unit that’s great right out of the box.
5. Would I marry this character: Irl me would not marry this character but we’d hang out a lot. Ingame me (Caius) married Ophelia on my first Revelation playthrough.
6. What would I do if this character was real: Well one, I’d pressure her to do theatre because she’s melodramatic as they come. And I’d try to set her up on a blind date with Percy, which I’m assuming is also real. I’d also go to her house to hang out with her dad.
