It can feel isolating but you aren't alone ♡ It can feel embarrassing talking about it to others and explaining It can be so easy to get sucked into it and forget to care for yourself It can also be so upsetting to forget where you are with a daydream and it's not like you can say "Oh, I'm upset because I forget the latest thing that happened in my parallel life I'm living via my daydreams"

It's more complex then people realize but please know you are seen and others experience similar things to you
