In a different universe, where Horikoshi went with his og idea for Bakugou and Deku (cheerful, uplifting best friend Bakugou and kinda emo Deku), I'd be a hardcore bakudeku shipper. That's so insane.

TBH I really would’ve liked Proto!Bakugou instead of current Bakugou

If I were to incorporate him into the plot, I would most likely give him a backstory that pretty much made him who he is today.

Like back then he used to be like current Bakugou, a bully to everyone weaker than him. But then something happens that makes him realize that actions and words have consequences, turning himself around for the better and choosing to fight for the weak instead of putting them down.

At least that’s how I would’ve done it
