Some other deets about Ferguson as city: It's 67% black, but 50 of their 53 officers are white. Two officers are black, one is a non-black minority, and two are women. Ferguson also has a history of racial profiling-- 80% of traffic arrests involved blacks, but they only had contraband 22% of the time when searched... compared to 34% of whites stopped. The mayor flies a confederate flag at his home as well and is refusing on comment on the situation.
Continued: There is a no-fly zone, but ONLY for private (read: news) craft, and it prohibits craft from flying below 3000 feet which is about .6miles, in a 3 mile radius around the entire city. They really have also threatened to arrest reporters. Citizen-wise, I’ve seen and heard testimonies from people stuck there that people have been attacked for having cameras out and that police have been throwing gas grenades from the windows of moving vehicles and driving away.

I was unable to find any legitimate sources for the mayor of Ferguson flying a confederate flag in his home. If you have a decent source for that, i’d definitely appreciate it!
