I treated the holidays different this year. I wake up and feel great. I haven’t had a hangover since October of last year. I actually enjoy working hard and pushing myself. I ate more food than I ever have before 🤷🏽♂️. Now it’s time to get tight, and kick it up a notch. Sorry to those who think I’ve been unsocial, I just have a couple goals insight. Couldn’t have done this so far with out the guidance and coaching from @ifbbpro_rafaelgonzalez . And my wife, not just because she preps for me and wakes me up at 0430 everyday, but because of her continuous support and love. She has to deal with my grumpiness because I can’t have beer or pizza. Anytime I have potentially almost deviated off course and plan she was there to keep me on the right path. ❤️.
