My favorite boys from Jujutsu Kaisen (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) Just to let you know I am a big villain fan - they are my precious babies (✿◡‿◡) I'm aware Choso will change the side eventually but he was introduced as a villain that's why he's here
And new icons are available in my shop! This time Kenjaku and Toji pack! You can find them HERE. Here's a little sneak peek:

We're starting right off the bat with the psychological warfare with a Suguru illustration instead of the usual hidden-scary-detail one. Good!!
Yuji stopping because he sees Eso crying and saying sorry to before killing him... 💔 💔 💔
And commenting that it hurts... 😞
Oh Yuji, sweet spring sprout. 🌼😫
These guys can't be serious, playing board games to pass the time between mischievous acts!! ><
I guess that Mahito's reaction to the news was because he knew that the finger still found it's way to Sukuna... Or he's just elated to hear Yuji mentioned... Creepy though.
So Choso was busy playing The Game of Life with those two losers instead of assisting his little brothers... I'm extremely disappointed.
And holy moly the mole (lol sorry) is sure fast to send Pseudo-Geto updates. But like, at that point, before the kids got back to school, who knew what happened? *Mumble mumble. I already said this, but I'm so glad I still have some plot points that I didn't spoil to myself.
Yuji referencing the three victims he had to kill in chapter 31 with that face and being glad despite everything that Nobara was alright, but still feeling guilty af for what he did... 😢
Nobara's reasoning is very far from mine but I really admire her resolution, and from a certain point of view, she's absolutely right.
Loved seeing them have this meaningful conversation. 💞💞
We have another entry for the column Unnecessary, Gege-sensei! This panel here... Just broke my heart 💔 😔 💔
I need to make a compilation of moments where Yuji and Nobara clearly share one brain cell LOL
Megumi, what were you thinking honey?? Couldn't he store it in his shadow? Was he too drained for that? I mean, maybe he had never saw Sukuna do this trick so he really believed that giving Yuji the finger was the safest option. 😶🌫️
Omg this image is one of my favourites of him!! 😍
There's a bit of coffe/tea in that sugar 🤣 (I shouldn't really mock him because I used to add 3 to 4 teaspoons of sugar in my hot beverages as a kid. 😶)
Loved the coded conversation between these two 🤭
I think I'l add to his corkboard the fact that a) he really trusts Utahime and Mei to not be the moles and help him find it and b) he doesn't want to enteratain the idea that it's one of the students. 💓💓
And then, the double scene with Megumi (+ Nobara) talking about hiding the uncomfortable truth to Yuji and Yuji (+ Sukuna) doing the same. Welp. I've stumbled upon a meta-analysis here on tumblr about this but can't remember who the author was, nor what it said (nor if I actually read it since I wouldn't understand the implications since I didn't know anything about JJK at the time 😅). My thoughts are: Megumi really REALLY cares about Yuji, it's unbelievable. Yuji is actually scared that his friend will regret saving him and that would no doubt break his heart, also proving that he is a problem and that keeping him alive is a liability. Ouch. ❤️🩹 Also damn, Sukuna is so nasty I want to stuff his mouth with fleece drenched in white spirit.
And omg, they are recommending all of them??? Help...
Aren't they a little too young/inexperienced to be already promoted?
I can totally understand Maki because she's older and really super strong and can manage situations on her own, I can understand Yuji because if we start to list his incredible abilities we'll stay here for hours, I guess I can understand Panda too and maybe Megumi but Nobara would have been dead if Yuji hadn't been there to pick her up and run away, she managed to kill Kechizu because Yuji had beaten him to a pulp, her sticking nails in her wrist probably wasn't gonna be enough to take them out anyway and out of the candidates she is also the only one who got knocked out from the Goodwill Event, so her jumping from 3rd grade to 1st is a bit too generous imo. (Even though grade 1 sorcerers have to be able to exorcise grade 1 curses and the brothers were special grades, still, I'm not convinced what happened is enough to think she's good to go face a grade 1 on her own.)
She has potential but for now she is nowhere near Noritoshi's or Toge's level, let alone Maki's or Yuji's. Heck, we don't even know if Megumi deserves it either, the fight with Kamo got interrupted and seemed to be pretty balanced but you know, I would have loved to see it coming to it's natural end to see who would come out on top.
He managed to get rid of a finger-bearer but idk, it seems like he still has to hone his CT and work hard on his DE before getting to grade 1. Semi-grade 2 would be approriate for him, 2nd for Nobara I think.
Also let's be honest, if you promote Megumi now, when he's going to tame new shikigami and have a fully developed DE, what then, he's already going to be at the top, he has still sooo much more potential to unlock.
I even wonder how he got promoted to a full 2nd grade so early since it's said he has only occasionally accompanied Gojo on missions before starting the school, thus technicaly he's been a sorcerer for less than 6 months?? He didn't even know he could disappear in his shadow and store stuff there I'm sorry how does any of this make sense, how are they promoting these kids??? I have flashback of 13-years-old being promoted Jounin because there was a war going on and no time to waste.
Whatever whatever...
Sorry for the rant 🙄
Edit 4/2: I forgot to comment on two things, which I deemed unimportant, but they keep coming back aggressively to me so here we go.
There is a throwback at that comment Gojo made in chapter 3 where he assured Yuji that Sukuna would act like a compass to direct him to his scattered fingers, and Yuji is now doubting his sensei's words... Unclear to me why. It's because he didn't sense a finger being nearby in any way? And Sukuna didn't do or said anything about it too? I'll be left wondering I guess... 😶
I went to check the chapter in question and lo and behold, there was the same exact quote regarding the fingers we see in chapter 58! (Altough it was translated different in the english version.)
In chapter 58 it's added that the fingers are resonating, because of Yuji's ingestion of that first one in June acted as a trigger/wake up call for all the others. So Gojo's theory is sort of debunked, mostly because it was based on the assumption that they could reach an agreement with Sukuna so that he would help because it benefitted him as well to gather his fingers as fast as possible, but we never saw this particular issue discussed with him. Neat!
And Gojo explains basically what Todo says here at the beginning, that Yuji will need to be on the field to easily track the fingers. Gege commented that the statement Todo makes here was supposed to be done by Gojo after what happened in the Juvenile Detention Center, but... He had already made it clear in chapter 3? He didn't outright stated that he has more chances to find them if he goes on missions only grade 1 sorcerers can participate in but... You still get the jist. 😶🌫️
Second but not less important, the throwaway comment Nobara makes about Shoko being sober so late in the night. Damn, I know Shoko is the heaviest drinker in the series but the idea that she gets wasted so often even the kids noticed it is sad to me.
