I feel asleep with my hearing aids in, cause im on a trip which means we all go to bed early.
I put friends on and just watched it, and like halfway through the second episode i forgot to take some melatonin, so i did.
And like 10 minutes i was knocked out.
The friends doesnt autoplay so i wasnt concerned about it being on all night.
At somepoint i hit the stage of sleep where you dream.
Now, a lot of my dreams are weird.
My top favorite one was a total drama island-esque scenario where I woke up halfway because I was drowning in the ocean while laughing(I was suffocating into my pillow) and we juggled coconuts that were on fire in a bamboo hut.
Fun right?
Anyway, this dream was like a jjk au.
First time I ever dreamed something that fictionally already existed.
It was the school-year and I had just gotten dropped off at my bus stop. But it wasn't my usual bus stop,
I got dropped off from the stop before me, I can also get home that way from two different paths jsyk.
I head home with one of those pathways and at some point, I'm still walking but my consciousness floats to the person a block behind me.
Um.....its Geto......suguru
Why? I don't know, he's not even one of my favorite characters and ive never drawn him so im so confused.
Bro was fricking following me and then im back into myself, I notice him and just start sprinting for my life(oh my god, dream me has survival instincts).
Geto as most....killers? would, starts sprinting to.
I have no stamina y'all, I have some because of lacrosse, but even then i die constantly
Dream me also knows that, so Im sprinting and I look back theres still distance and hope.
I'm trying to get to my house and then realize that because of a mini dream before this one, I left the house without my house key cause my sibling and parent said they would be home by then so I didn't need it. So I didn't have it. Fuck.
I turn a corner and there's another corner before the street of my house. One house on the corner has a massive Bush tree thing backed against a fence with massive shade and shadow so I'm hoping I can squeeze into the space
So I turn the other way and go to it, but as it turns out I can't fit with my bag and I can't drop it because then geto will see it so I just turn my back to the bush and press myself into it, hoping some god has mercy on me and he didn't see me turn
Suguru finally gets to the corner and looks towards my house and assumes for whatever reason I didn't go there and starts to go to the house where the bush is, walks past me(my heart was pounding) and starts to knock on the door. Okay, he didn't see me, I might make it.
Stupid, shoulda knocked on wood.
Because then he pulls his hand back and looks at me and yk, I ran.
Or tried to anyway, good for me.
He just does a nope, and yanks me back.
Onto the grass I go and so he does too.
That's when it hits me(not dream me) that wait, oh shit, this is Geto Suguru, what the heck?
It also hits dream me subconsciously(how does that work) like, huh, this is yandere.....oh well.
He introduces himself and im fine with it apparently(i take it back, dream me has no survival instincts, like me-like me)
I give him my phone for his phone number, and thats when my family arrives home, along with my grandmother for some reason.
Geto is still explaining who he is and honestly, real life i gotta hide like half my friends from my parents because they are older than me(even the friend in my grade) by one year and my mom's nosy) so I tell him.
You're a year older than me, we're friends, and we meet in after school study hall, got it?
He just agrees(I love him😂😭) and my mom walks up and tells me to go home, so I start walking with geto and my mom, pulls a mom and then tells him to go away. So he starts to.
My mom and sibling went on a walk and this is definitely America and not Japan cause somehow, someway, we called(whistled?) for a taxi in a neighborhood(how?!) and payed for it in dollars.
We aren't really going anywhere just driving, I'm playing with his hair because as much as he wasn't my favorite character, his hair was gorgeous.
Then my grandmother spawns in the passenger seat out of nowhere and i decide yk what? Time to go home, let's drop him off first.
Which lead to him putting in his address, bla bla, and thats how it ended.
His address being put in and poof.
Im awake.
I am so confused and then my sibling just snores(we're on a trip so we're all sharing a room) and my mom follows immediately.
My ears are still in so I put on music and text the family group chat 🫵😪😴.
Listening to songs from the Aristocats, I lay dazed and confused.
But yeah, very weird dream, loved it, and i will be making a fic out of it.
