Monday this week was my sweet loving lil Connor last day under my care. It is bittersweet. Connor came here to be under my care since he was 5 months old . Now he is 2 yr 9 months fully ready to spread his wings .. oh how blessed I was to be privileged to care for him these past two year plus. My sweet Connor you have past many Milestones. You know all your shapes, your colors, your numbers and you know more than 25 different type of animals and insects you’ve excelled so much. you have an amazing appetite but yet very selective. You are energetic and full of life we went through our stomach viruses, common colds, fever’s to potty train accidents you have grown so much right before my eyes you are soon to be three years old now you are attending a school with lots of little children of your age, I am so delighted and full of joy that you will enter the next phase of your toddler years. I know you will have fun you enjoy all the children because you are very loving and sociable and very kind.Thank you Lauren for allowing me and entrusting me you’re a little gem to care for for the past couple of years. I am honored. I will always be his auntie Mary, his next of kin, his emergency contact, his Home away from home . You can count on me to make you homemade hummus , spaghetti sauce homemade oatmeal ,And baked goods . i am honored to be apart of this little boys early childhood foundation connor has a special place in my heart, May the Lord use you to bring him honor and glory. When the dad comes to drop off his little boy to his care provider. He transfers this little guy into my arms asleep from his car ride to my home . As he is being transferred into my arms He opens his eyes take a looks at my face and with that feeling of confidence that he is safe. He peacefully put his head on my shoulder and falls back asleep. He feel comfortable , safe and loved. This is what I live for. I would not want to wake up a day on this earth without being able to make a difference in little child life. I am blessed!
This little boy here today is a miracle GODS hand is definitely on him . Thank you for all who have prayed for him!! He is healthy growing all his milestones are on point. He is back at the Matias ’s home praise the Lord, has been gone 10 days. He was very much missed. Happy to be back caring building character and molding mindsets. The foundation is very important.. Still receiving birthday blessings! So thankful that I was able to visit two of the little boys that were under my care. I'm no longer there caregiver but I still keep in touch like family. The boys call me auntie Mary. I was so blessed to spend a few hours with the boys and see how healthy , emotionally and Secure of themselves. They were so excited to see me as well as I to see them. I wish they weren't leaving to the Big Apple. My connection with these boys is so sweet and heartfelt. Ethan in his heart believes I am his family and Noah just loves showing me how active he is. I will miss your boys. I'm so grateful that I'm able to spend time with the children. As I was getting ready to leave Ethan walked me to the door and waved goodbye as Im entered my car as I was driving away all I could see is him waving me goodbye. I hate to say goodbye.
