I’m increasingly afraid to go to bed at night after my mother already has. Which isn’t great. It’s like I need the safety of light or someone else to be awake to be alert for any dangers that may threaten.
I need to be with a psychiatrist again and soon, but the wait is 6-8 months according to my doctor. This is gonna be rough.
how am i supposed to keep track of a sentence when it (Jane doe and joe johnson 2012. john smith et al, 1997. Joane Germanotta & Elizabeth Windsor, 1589. Tim Keck, 2002. Alexander the Great, 2058) has a million references in the middle of it

i love being a pyschology major. Anyone who has a specific phobia, if they truly commit to wanting to get over their fear can actually overcome any phobia in about 4 hours in a controlled, safe, setting set by their standards about how comfortable/uncomfortable they are with each step ex) fear of snakes: Least feared- most feared, 1st, seeing a picture of a snake, then being told a snake is in the other room, closing their eyes and being told the snake is in the room, seeing the snake, getting closer to the snake, being comfortable enough to touch the snake, and maybe even being able to hold it! Plus research about your phobia and being educated on the topic of ur phobia can also lessen the intensity of your fears as well. I know it’s a show, but what she says is wrong.
One of the problems with being a psych major is that you just want to analyze and diagnose everyone.
