[Isaiah 14:12]
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
Currently thinking of how fast and abruptly Supernatural dropped psychic Sam. Biggest Crime.

I love the idea that Sam always wins at rock paper scissors, yes, because Dean is a little predictable, but also because the foresight he got off Azazel comes out in little ways. Dean has stopped letting Sam call coin-tosses because he gets it right wayyyy too much of the time. Grand-standing, uncontested champion of Snap. Always knew which raindrop to bet on during car-rides. Psychic in several deeply useless ways
Sam Winchester should have kept his psychic powers but I guess the writers were just too lazy to incorporate that
sam having visions in the middle of a hunt... clawing at his forehead and dropping to the ground in pain.... dean turning to yell his name, leaving himself open for an attack by the MOTW.....
Psychic Sam Volume 1 HC (2025)
Art by: John Romita Jr., Klaus Janson and Bill Crabtree
John has always seen Mary's reflection in Sam. Sometimes it's so overwhelming he has to look away or leave the room entirely. Because little Sammy is all that he has left of Mary— he is the thing she died protecting, and John refuses to let that go to waste.
Despite how strained their relationship is, he silently feels a certain kinship with his youngest: they were the only ones who had witnessed Mary's death firsthand, and Sammy had seen the yellow-eyed demon with his own eyes, even if he couldn't remember. They're connected by it, somehow, and John knows it because when he looks at Sam all he can see is the woman he loved and the righteous revenge he was willing to die for.
Only then then he finds out about the blood, Azazel's blood, still coursing through Sammy's veins, and for the first time John stops seeing Mary and begins seeing seeing the monster that had murdered her.
And now looking at Sam is painful. John can't meet his eye without seeing a pair of yellow eyes taunting him, reminding him that Azazel has defiled his child on top of everything else. And John hates himself for it, but Sam stops being the thing Mary died protecting and starts being the reason Azazel was there in the first place. He doesn't blame Sam, but he also can't stop the sharp stab of terror when he thinks about what Sam could potentially turn into. Of what he might have to do, if he couldn't find some way to save him.
Good night
idea i just had: psychic sam (or witch sam) accidentally projecting his feelings & dreams to dean. accidentally sharing his brotherkissing wet dreams, and it pushing them apart because dean feels like a piece of shit for dreaming about sam and Liking it, and sam thinks he musta made noise or something in his sleep, and now dean thinks he’s a freak
