-A Guide to Self-Protection-

①When Returning Home

a) It helps instantly to cleanse everything you put on negative energies while    you were outside. First of all, wash your hands thoroughly with tap water. Then, wash your face or splash clean water on it, and dry. Drink a pint of water afterwards. You may gargle with salt water beforehand, if you wish.

b) Shake out your whole body fully including the head, arms, hands, fingers, legs & feet, like a dog or cat would do. Did you know, this is the reason why dogs & cats shake their bodies in such a manner? They are getting rid of the negativity that was placed upon them by people and many other things, which only they could see.

c) Simply, take a shower & splash running water over yourself, from head to toe. Please do not forget to dash the top of your fingers and soles of your feet. The negative spores could remain there, otherwise.  

You could do all of the above or just do one of them. It all depends on your circumstances and how bad you feel at the end of the day.

I tend to use b) after having been on a packed train, bus or elevator, immediately after I get off. Ideally, avoid being in a crowd, or on public transport. 

The last place where I would go, is the famous scrambled crossing in Shibuya, Tokyo or New Year’s Eve in Trafalgar Square, London. Furthermore, I do not wish going outside after 18:30 on a full moon night. The worst time of all, could be Guy Fawkes Night or Halloween during a full moon.

①帰宅時

a)    外から帰宅したら、最初に水道水をたっぷり流して手を洗います。次に顔をバシャバシャ洗います。オフイスや学校の休憩で外から戻った後などは、メイクが崩れない程度に、お水を軽く顔にふりかけるだけでも良いです。そしてコップ２杯分（500 ml）のお水を飲みます（飲みきれなければ１杯でも大丈夫）その際、塩水でうがいしても良いでしょう。

b)   全身を犬や猫のように、頭、腕、手や指、足や足先まで満遍なくブルブルしましょう。なぜ時々、犬や猫達が、ブルブルするかご存知ですか？彼らは、人や見えない世界から受けた邪気をふるい落としているのです。ワンちゃんたちは、お散歩から帰ると、ブルブルしますよね。

c)    単純に、頭から足先まで、全身にシャワーを浴びるだけでも効果的です。その際、指先や足の裏をしっかり流すことをお忘れなく。そうしないと、邪気は全部そこに留まりますので、要注意です。

どれだけ邪気を受けたかにより、多少異なります。ご自身の状況に合わせて、上記の全部を行なっても良いですし、一つだけ行なってもOKです。

因みに、わたしは電車やバスなどの交通機関、エレベーターなどをおりた直後に、b)の犬猫流ブルブルをよくやっています。サイキックやHSPは、人混みを避けるのが理想的です。

わたしにとって、最悪な場所は；東京、渋谷のスクランブル交差点、大晦日のトラファルガースクエアなどですね。更に、満月の夜は、18時半以降は外出厳禁です。イギリスのガイフォークスまたはハローウィンと満月が重なった日など、部屋に閉じこもってもまだ足りないですね。

-Tips for Being Psychic-

There are many kind of Psychics & HSP. As a matter of fact, characteristics and the strength of their psychic abilities are all varied that some has more than the others- some can see it, some can hear it, some can feel it, some see it in their dreams, some are naturally intuitive.

Talking about the strength of psychic ability, as powerful as it gets, harder their daily life become. My psychic teacher could not watch TV or listen to the radio, because her vibration was too powerful. It could interrupt radio waves. If she got surprised with something in the street, a person who was walking opposite could fall over. So, she was always busy working indoor that her appointments were constantly at least 3 months long wait.

Regardless powerful or faint, most psychics becomes invisible by being hidden in blind spot for people around them. Therefore, they may have a hard time in public.

I too, occasionally get slammed the door by the driver as I was still getting on the bus in a queue. Nothing out of ordinary getting pushed away in the streets. People can loose us in their blind spots.

Psychics can give others obscure impressions. That is why they can be misread and constantly being doubted.

I kept meaning to mention that my psychic teacher strongly insisted to those who work as a clairvoyant, not to help detectives to find a suspect.

Please be careful that you may end up being singled out.

-サイキックとして生きるコツ-

ひと口にサイキックやHSPと言っても、当然の事ですが、特徴や持っている力の大小も皆違います。ある人は見える、あり人は聞こえる、ある人は感じる、ある人は夢に見る、ある人は直感力がある、そして、ほんの少しだけサイキック能力がある人もいれば、最強の力を発揮できる人もいます。

サイキック能力が強ければ強い程、普段の生活が不自由になります。わたしの先生は、自分の波動が電波を遮り、自由にテレビを観たり、ラジオを聞いたり出来ませんでした。彼女が通りを歩く時も、何かに驚いて「はっ」とした時など、反対側を歩いていた人が転けたりするので、常に３ヶ月待ちの予約の所為もあり、ほとんど外に出る事も無く、家の中で仕事をしていました。

サイキックの人たちはパワーの大小を問わず、時々死角に入って見えなくなるそうです。その所為もあり、時々悲惨な思いをします。

わたしも時々、一人一人順番にバスに乗っている時など、まだ乗りかけているのに、いきなり扉を‘ガシャリ’と閉められたりします。道で突き飛ばされたりするのは、いつもの事です。時々、みんなに見えていないからです。

その所為もあり、無闇に恐れられたり、疑われたりするので、気をつけましょう。

職業選びのお話の時に言い忘れましたが、先生は「サイキック・リーディングをお仕事にされている方は、刑事さんのお手伝いだけは、絶対に避けるように」と、わたしたちはいつも念を押されていましたので、ご注意ください。

犯人が中々見つからなければ、いつの間にか、こちらに白羽の矢が立つからです。

「何で、そんなに知っているの？」ってね。

世の中、そんなもんよ。

④Triangle Shape and Green Pyramid

The triangle shape also protects you from destructions of others around you and evil spirits. The colour has to be green.

For instance, it could block disruptions from the others, when you cannot concentrate because of the people around you, interfering or being a nuisance at work or at home, just cut out green paper into a triangle shape and place it under your PC or somewhere unnoticeable. Or put a sticker somewhere.

Please try placing a green pyramid on your desk. That’ll be the most powerful protection from others, ever!

I’ve mentioned already on my previous blog, Psychics and HSP are born with such ability to relieve the discomfort of people around them, by absorbing their pain and emotional stress. Inevitably, they can attract people with problems for healing. 

You should acknowledge the aspect, and protect yourself. Otherwise you will end up with ‘misanthropy’, because people around you, are becoming a nuisance to you.

You don’t have to feel bad about that. It is perfectly normal to feel that way. All you need to do is to accept who you are, and live according to the special ability that you were born with. You have been doing well so far. You have made lots of effort, compared to normal people.  It should be an evident enough that you have survived well until today. Please use your special ability to nourish society, by turning around disadvantage into advantage.

Unfortunately, despite the fact that people around you are benefiting from who you are, they will attack you as ‘ an odd one out’. It is not worth getting angry. They are just being innocent.

We can protect us only by ourselves.

④三角形と緑色のピラミッド

三角形も楕円形同様、周りの人達のストレスや喧騒、邪気から私たちを守ってくれます。色は緑色です。

職場で、周囲から頻繁に邪魔が入るとか、周りが気になって集中できない時などは、緑色の紙を三角形に切り取り、パソコンの下や見えないところに置きましょう。何処かにシールを貼っても良いです。

最強の味方は、緑色のピラミッドです。これを、デスクの上に「ドン」と置いておけば、周囲は放っておいてくれます、お試しください。

先にも、言及しましたが、サイキックやHSP（超過敏）の人々は、その場にいるだけで、周囲の心身のストレスや痛みを吸収して、苦痛を取り除く能力を持っています。自分たちが望まずとも、必然的に、問題を抱えている人々が癒しを求め、近づいてしまいます。

その自覚を持って身を守り、一定の距離を保っていかなければ、いずれ、周りの人達が不快の原因でしかなく「人間嫌い」に陥ります。

悪い事と決めつけることはありません、そう感じるのは当然です。自分の特性を認め、自分なりの生き方を工夫すれば良いだけです。あなたは、とても良くやっています。これまでも人一倍努力をしてきました。ここまで、無事に生きてこられたのが良い証拠です。自分に与えられた素晴らしい能力を欠点ではなく、先ずはご自身が長所として捉えて、世間で役立てる工夫をして下さい。

さもなければ、何も知らない周囲の人々は、自分たちが癒されているにも関わらず、あなたを「異端児」と吊るし上げ、攻撃を始めます。腹を立ててはいけません。彼らは無知なだけです。

⑧Types of Jobs for Psychics & HSP

Regardless of likes or dislikes, being a counselor, a psychotherapist, or some kind of a consultant, is the most suitable kind of profession for Psychics & HSP. In relation to that, being a scientist, a researcher, a teacher, or a lecturer, as well as being a child minder, a carer, a physiotherapist, a masseur or a masseuse, or any kind of instructor, also has potential.

Of course, they are suited for being a clairvoyant, such as a psychic reader, tarot reader, or an astrologer. Those psychics, who have greater abilities should get people queueing up, before they advertise, and so could naturally become a professional clairvoyant.

They are suited for working as a doctor, a lawyer, or a politician. Also working, in anything that requires a creative talent such as an artist, a writer, musician or a singer. And nowadays, they are also suited for technical jobs in IT, such as a web programmer or web designer.

Any job that enables one to work at your own pace and from ones own intuition, like a chef, hairdresser, housekeeper or a cleaner, is also suitable. Psychics & HSP are not suited to act as a group, though.

Many psychics & HSP have been mistreated by people around them. Some of you may be fed up with living life that is not your soul intended. It’s time for you to reassess yourself and do the right thing.

⑦サイキックやHSPに向いている職業

好き嫌いを問わず、カウンセラー、心理セラピスト、コンサルタント業は必然的です。これに伴い、科学者、研究者、教師、講演者なども良いでしょう。また、保育士、介護士、整体師やマッサージなどの癒し系のお仕事や各種インストラクターにも向いています。

もちろん、一般カウンセリングのみならず、サイキック・リーディング、タロット占い、占星術師など、占い師にも向いています。能力の高いサイキックは、いつの間にか仕事をしているパターンが多いです。宣伝などをしなくても、自然に人が集まって来てしまうので、何らかの形で料金制を取り、線引きをする必要があるからです。

医師、弁護士、政治家にも向いている他、歌手、俳優などの芸能関係、音楽、文学、画家、イラストレーターなどの芸術関係、また工学系エンジニアやメカニック、昨今ではプログラマー、ウェブデザイナー、ITなどの技術職にも向いています。

調理師、ヘアドレッサー、他にも、ホテルのベットメイキング、ビルや一般家庭の清掃業、家政婦、警備などにも向いています。

サイキックの人は、団体行動には向いていません。ですから、単独で自分の能力を活かせる、専門職や技術者に向いています。団体から離れて、自分のペースでやれる職業なら、何でもOKです。

多くのサイキックは、周りの理解を得られず、自分以外の人として生きる事を余儀なくされ、凹んでいる人も多いので、まずは自分を取り戻し、自分に合った仕事を選び、ご活躍下さい。

-A Nasty Person -

It is not only an issue for psychic or HSP, we all have an annoying person, who is mean to us. Isn’t she/he just nasty to you? She/he maybe loved by people of the same kind.

Or, don’t we often come across nasty cab drivers or large vehicles drivers, giving us a hard time on the roads. At the same time, the kinder drivers are these people, as well. It maybe even the same person. We all have ups and downs.

My psychic teacher warned us not to wish a bad fate on your enemies.

Because,

A, Psychics have abilities to make it happen,

B, what comes around, goes around, it will eventually come back to you,

So, there is no point.

-嫌な人-

サイキックやHSPの人たちに限らず、誰にでも意地悪で「嫌な人」はいます。でもそれはあなたにとって嫌な人であり、同じような意地悪な人にとっては「良い人」かもしれません。

または運転中にトラックとかタクシーのドライバーに嫌がらせをされる事がしばしばありますけれど、気が付くと、非常に親切で優しいのも、やはり彼らだったりします。もしかしたら同一人物かもしれませんよね。誰にでも良い日と悪い日はありますから。

私の先生は「いくら酷い目にあわされても、嫌な人でも、その人達の不幸を願っては、絶対にダメ！」と念を押していました。

A、サイキックの人たちには、その力があるから、

B、そういう願いは、必ず回り回って自分に返ってくるから、

やめておきなさい、と言われました。

③Second Hand Jewellery, Rocks and Metals

Accessories and personal ornaments, anything made of rock, crystal, quartz and metal, record the essence of their previous owners. 

Psychics and HSP can sense the previous owner when they inherit the personal ornament of an acquaintance or buy a second hand ornament. More or less, they can feel the discomfort of the previous owner.

Simply, you need to cleanse these items before you use them. 

The easiest way is to just wash the item under a running tap and pat dry. Another way is, to pour some water in a bowl with a dash of salt. Then dip your ornament into the water and turn it clockwise & anti-clockwise, before drying.

There you are, it’s clean & all yours!

③中古のアクセサリー、宝石、貴金属類

宝石、石英、ロッククリスタル、金属製のアクセサリーや装飾類は、持ち主の本質を記録します。

サイキックやHSP（超過敏な人）は、知り合いからもらったり、又は自分で買った中古の装飾品やアクセサリーを身につけていると、前の持ち主を感じ、多かれ少なかれ、その人たちが感じていた不快感や不幸まで貰い受けてしまいます。

ただ、身に着ける前に洗浄する必要があるだけです。一番簡単なのは、水道の蛇口をひねり、ジャンジャン流れるお水でバシャバシャ洗い、タオルでパタパタ拭きます。或いは、ドンブリの様な器に水とお塩を少々入れ、その中で、時計回り、時計の反対回りに回し、タオルで拭いて乾かします。

ほらね、新品同様にキレイ、すっかりあなたのものです。

The Psychic Study (4)

- Out of Body Travel -

Most out of body travels are done during our sleep.  Our spirits leave our physical body, and travel around the world, as far as the universe, or only around the corner. They can communicate with each other.

When you dream about flying, your sprit is definitely in the middle of an out of body travel experience. When you bump into a friend who you haven’t seen for ages, out of blue, after seeing the friend in your dream, it could also be the connection of spirits through an out of body experience.

Generally speaking, meeting people may not be only accidental. It could well be a connection of our spirits before hand.

Often there are some inseparable relations. In some cases, these spirits love each other, even if the physical bodies don’t get along well. The case of chemistry from the start could be the connection of their spirits, as well. Often, terrible arguments can be solved overnight between a married couple. It can be their spirits, at work.

Even if we only briefly pass each other in a crowd, we would most likely have a reunion, when our spirits like one another. However, it does not work on a digital communication level, such as Skype video calls, emails and so on. Spirits cannot identify each other. Therefore, they do not communicate via an out of body experience.

Spirits can react much better, when our physical bodies meet, even though, we are very familiar with digital methods of communication.

Many skilled psychic counselors tend to avoid using just telephones, Skype video calls or emails.

Occasionally, we get confused after seeing a ghost. Often, we wake up just before the spirit comes back into the physical realm, from an out of body experience. We may mistake this for seeing an apparition. Furthermore, we may feel paralysed, when we wake up during our spirits’ out of body travels. This is called sleep paralysis or night terror.

-体外離脱-

体外離脱は、ほぼほぼ睡眠中に行われています。スピリットは、わたしたちが寝ている間に肉体を離れて、浮遊しています。すぐお隣や、地球の果てから宇宙まで、距離はまちまちです。そして、寝ている間にスピリット同士が、お互いに伝達、交信し合っています。

空を飛んでいる夢を見たら、まさにその最中です。または、しばらく会っていないお友達に会っている夢を見た後に、街で偶然出会ったりしたら、スピリット同士が、交信していたと言えるでしょう。

わたしたちの出会いも単なる偶然ではなく、事前にスピリット同士が、出会っていたとも考えられます。切りたくても切れない縁とか、実際の肉体同士が、喧嘩をしていても、スピリット同士は、ことさら仲が良い場合もあります。なぜか、出会った瞬間から馬が会うという場合も、実は、スピリット同士が関係していることが多いのです。大げんかした夫婦が、一晩寝たら仲直りというのも、スピリットが寝ている間に解決しているのでしょう。

わたしたちが、人混みの中でほんの一瞬すれ違っただけでも、スピリット同士の気が合えば、思わぬところで又再会します。しかし、電話、スカイプやメール等を通した、デジタル通信のみの関係では、スピリット同士反応できません。したがって体外離脱中のコミュニケーションも取れません。

例え、デジタル通信で、とても親しい間柄で会っても、肉体同士が一度も出会ったことの無い場合より、生の人間同士が、一瞬でもすれ違っただけの方が、スピリット同士はずっと親しくなりやすくなります。

従って、優秀なサイキックヒーラーの多くは、電話やスカイプ面談を避ける傾向にあります。

世に言う‘生き霊’と言う概念は、実は、わたしたち自身のスピリットなのです。

スピリットが肉体に戻る瞬間に目覚め、自分のスピリットを亡霊と勘違いする人もいます。さらに、スピリットが完全に肉体に戻る前に目覚めると、金縛り状態になる場合もあります。
