TW // Delusion Trigger Discussion / Sentence

Hey this is your reminder that things like "there are bugs in your skin" "I'm in your walls/vents etc." "Someone is coming for you". Are delusional triggers that can cause psychotic episodes in people who suffer from delusions/impulsions and if you're going to use those sentences you need to have a warning in place similar to flashing lights warnings!

Not everyone with delusions/impulsions/paranoia is triggered by those sentences but there are people who do get triggered and they deserve to scroll the internet without being triggered and caused distress!

And if you're commenting those things on posts / tiktoks of people who have paranoia/delusions/impulses that's very fucked up and ableist!

Mental Illness Is

Blurring the line between psychosis and the paranormal. Am I seeing ghosts or am I hallucinating again?

Weird night.

Uhm. I haven’t told anyone this. I was going to sleep and then I thought I was having a panic attack. i started to cry but no tears came out. Then I started to laugh.

I sort of had a vision. My sister was on the news. Something about maslaughter. And so was my brother and I.

Am I hearing voices? The ghosts wanted me to kill myself. And I got a knife. I tried to stab myself but I couldn’t. And I almost fell asleep with the knife pointed to my stomach. They were persuading me to do it. They were comforting me. And I was so close.

Then I got up. And stared at myself in the mirror. For minutes. I felt numb. I don’t remember afterwards.

Can someone help me with what happened to me??
