the 2021 Sparkipoemi Anthology was created to celebrate the one year anniversary of the weekly Sparkipoemi sessions we host on Zoom (see pinned post for details). we wanted to find a way to commemorate a year of fun, friendship, and above all... poetry.
inside, you'll find over 70 works from 21 poets who have all attended our sessions and come to be a part of our Sparkipoemi family. this is by no means an exhaustive compilation of the family or their poetry, but we hope it gives you a little idea of what goes on during our sessions and showcases some of the incredible poetry that has come out of prompts, exercises and the imagination of our poets. Plus, one of our lovely members, Melanie, even did the artwork for our cover!
