Atlantis use the Prometheus as a ship between Earth and themselves but they also have the Puddle Jumpers that were built by the Ancients and were already in the city of Atlantis. They can cloak, fire drones and read the mind of pilot if they have the Ancient gene. If it wasn't already stated you have to have to Ancient gene either the natural version or the fake version to use Ancient tech the Jumpers included.

Trump admin picks a bad time to transfer funds from FEMA, Coast Guard

The Trump administration has an explanation for why it transferred funds from FEMA and the Coast Guard to ICE. It's just not a persuasive one.
