#pughistoryweek2016 This was my first PUG purchase, and the first outfit post on my Tumblr: September 14, 2010. I had always admired the retro style, but believed it wouldn't be available in, or suit me at, my size, so just admired it from afar. In 2010, I had a body positivity epiphany and decided that I was going to stop waiting until I looked a certain way to do nice things for and feel good about myself. While looking for an awesome dress to spoil myself with, I stumbled across PUG, discovered they actually had clothes in my size and bought this #blackcherry #Heidi. And I haven't looked back since. I wear #pinupgirlclothing pretty much every day these days. My clothes are such a major part of my body positivity - it's impossible to feel bad about yourself while wearing an amazing outfit that you just love! I still wear this dress; I call it "The One That Started It All." @pinupgirlclothing #pinupgirlstyle #pugchangedmylife #bodypositivity
